The place has it all you might need, the patio is very nice although it is shared space, not personal. The neighborhood is really great, safe and really close to the metro. Just above the hill with the greatest sunset view. The host was very nice and helpful and the instructions were very clear.
It was a bit dark, which is normal considering the floor, it wasn’t a problem for me as we used it only to sleep and take a shower, but I wouldn’t enjoy staying the whole day. The bed is a bit smaller, a bit tight for 2 people, but is absolutely doable. I am not sure if it wasn’t a bit pricey, but I know that the neighborhood is very expensive so maybe it’s ok. I prefer to feel safer and pay a bit more.

Sehr gute Lage im Untergeschoss, besonders bei Außentemperaturen von mehr als 30°.
Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.
Die Metro ganz in der Nähe.
Der untere Duschkopf +Zuleitung müsste repariert werden.

A cozy, clean, and warm apartment near Kolonaki and Syntagma Square, while its convenient location served the purpose of my trip! I will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Athens.

Très bien placé, très calme et très bien équipé.
Le lit est très inconfortable. Il faut le remplacer. Il y a également un problème d’odeur nauséabonde à la salle de bain même en bouchant les bondes.
