Family friendly but required more careful to the guests entertainment.

It was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Separate entry facility is not bad.

There is no exhaust fan in toilet area. There should be some basins & taps dining table, T table etc in sitting room or elswhere.

Pleasant start converted towards unpleasant experience towards last.

Location is good. Price seems to be reasonable.View from the holiday home is attractive. Property is ok but the policies are not. The Manager by the name Mr. Anil, who claims to be a Manager in Vizag Steel Plant and doing this as a side business, is not professional. In website, there no mention of advance amount for booking but once you confirm your stay, he claims money. The care taker is a minor girl labour who doesn’t know any language other than Telugu. On arrival full amount for stay is demanded. Website posting is not clear about check in/out time. Once the full amount is paid, Mr. Anil is cruel enough to ask us to leave by 9 AM whereas our train departure was 3.25 PM. With family by your side and ailing spouse, it became very painful for us to manage in open market from morning to evening. We wouldn’t have minded, had he asked us money to stay till our departure. Furnitures (bed) are old and damaged. Capacity is for six persons but single toilet is uncomfortable. Food and beverage are not available in the holiday home.

Dislikes are narrated above. Check in time should be 24 hours, Bad furniture to be replaced and food and beverage arrangements should be done. Care taker should be a matured multi lingual person. Mr. Anil should focus on his conduct and behaviour especially with ladies.

This is not a professional hotel/ lodge, a part of house, not well maintained, ac not worked properly, after complaint not attend the issue, very active about check out. No register, no receipt

I liked the property location and the property itself. The view was good though most of the times its foggy due to weather. I was allotef the top floor, which consisted of a swing and which I liked the most. The floor was very spacious. The bathroom was clean and in good condition except for the tap.

The tv was not working. Water was not provided which is a minimum facility to be provided by any hotel or homestay. Whenever we needed for any service even after calling several times, nobody would attend. Very very disheartened with the service. Staffs were not at all welcoming. The most problem felt was language barrier.

This is going to be my vacation home when I am in Vizag

This is best stay for couple/family who are coming for site seeing in Vizag/Araku, 15 mins away from railway station, ample parking space, big room and wardrobe. The host/caretaker is amazing in services like cleaning water bottles etc. the owner is very polite and speaks good Hindi/English so no communication issues as well. Located at walking distance from rk beach, surrounded with localities where top hotels like taj, welcome, shereton and novotel. No regrets, I extended my stay from 1 night to 3 nights :)

Absolutely no value for money. The amenities were not worth the tariff charged.

The proximity to the beach may be the ONLY saving grace.

Almost everything. Very basic facilities. The bed was very hard. No tables or chairs.

Location is Fantastic, Easy to Commute , Great View. Breakfast Could have been Better . Cleanliness is on a lower side ( Bathrooms & Lobby ) Parking will be a Challenge incase of a Full House

Very nice, relaxing stay located near the RK beach

Perfect location, walking distance to the RK beach. Easily accessible, autos, taxis will drop you to the location. RK beach bus stop also nearby. The staff is extremely nice, polite and well behaved. Whatever help we asked, they provided with a smile. We are a family of 3 and the room was good for us. It was clean, with working geyser and AC. The staff even provided us with electric water heater.

The room maintenance could have been better. There was no chair or table in the room, which I consider a negative point. TV did not work, but we didn't need it either.

Poor guy!! Property owner!!

Nothing because we could not check in.

Booking confirmed via booking.com and cancelled by the property owner before we check in , without any prior notification to us with a reason we have not paid the advance amount which we never asked for via booing.com or property owner. We struggled to get another hotel immediately. I pity this structure and organizing the way of booking.com and property owner. Improvement is needed structurally. Best not to trust booking.com confirmation as final confirmation.Follow ups needed over the calls with property owners/hotels. Actually it must be a shameful activity for the property owner!!
