Fantastic location for public transport, shopping, restaurants and convenience stores. When I first saw the room I was super disappointed but it grew on me. Bathroom had a bath which was great, good pressure in the shower. Great hairdryer. Bed was comfortable. Air con easy to control and worked well. USB ports at the bedside. Tiny kitchen space but useful to have a sink outside of the bathroom. The washer dryer worked well.
Cleaning service is very strange. For 6 days, there really should be some included cleaning. There is the option to have bins collected every 3 days but they only took the tiny bin, not the extra bags of rubbish we left near the door (with all of the bins and towels). The towel change option worked better. It doesn’t really have a kitchen - it does have 1 portable hotplate, a microwave and a kettle but no cooking equipment and the area is really too small anyway. The room was smaller than it appears in the pictures and the bed was against the wall which I always try to avoid so was disappointed with that. A few hangers near the door but no closet for unpacking at all.

Located in tenjin, few minutes walk to the Tenjin metro and the underground shopping street at 10 mins walk to Canal City. Drugstores and convenience shops are all in the vicinity.
Staffs were responsive and very accommodating with luggage storage. Very grateful for that!
Our room was spacious (2 of us stayed but the room was intended for 3), with separate shower (comes with a big bath tub), toilet, and getting ready area. Washing and drying machine was extremely quiet. We also have a small kitchenette with microwave.
