It is convenient having free parking. The room is spacious and clean, and it is cleaned daily. There is a supermarket nearby, though major chains like Billa and Spar are far away. It was quiet because it was the school summer holidays. The river is close by, making it a nice spot for walks. The staff are friendly. You can watch TV, including news from Germany, Italy, France, and the UK, as well as Euronews.
There was no shower gel, dish soap, or sponge. I had to go quite a distance to get dishes, so I couldn't bring back everything I needed; I wish they would keep some in the room. The supply of toilet paper was also meager. I feel the price is too high for a student dormitory. It is far from the train station. There are mosquitoes.

The hotel is in a good location, plenty onsite parking available. Breakfast was good plenty choices. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful.
My stay was during heatwave would have been nice to have A/C

The location is really good, quiet place. Leoben is a small town so you can reach many places walking. There is also supermarket and bowling close to the hotel.
Breakfast I think it is a bit expansive to what it offers. Cutlery and pans could be offered individually. The same applies for cups.

Easy to find, near the centre of Leoben
Spartan rooms, nowhere comfortable to sit and relax. Cupboards empty on arrival but you can go and get crockery / cutlery / cooking equipment if needed, just not a lot of it available. Noise from the room above made it difficult to sleep.
