Komunikatywność. Chodzi o czas przybycia podany wcześniej a apartament nie był przygotowany na umówioną godzinę gdzie to ja się jeszcze spóźniłam i nie był na czas do oddania. Wcześniej pisałam gdzie odebrać klucze podano inny adres, a po przybyciu powiedziano że klucze są w apartamencie pod innym adresem. Na stronie też podany odbiór do kluczy jest inny.

Clean, modern, good quality toiletries, warm, good communication from staff when there was a problem.
Check in is really inconvenient. You have to collect the apartment key from a different address in the city.
There is no bedside light. The space between the bed and the wall is narrow.
There was a not good smell in the bathroom.

The location is close to the city center, so within 25 minutes walk you can rach the most important spots. Easy to get to the tram if you want to go further.
The AC was not working :/ The downside is that the surroundings are noisy. It's almost impossible to sleep with the window open. Also the bed in the living room was not so comfy.

I forgot about the checking procedure, but the receptionist kindly reminded me about these details. In general, communication is on the high level.
The aparent was dirty, especially sofa, dust on the shelves. I appreciate the fast reaction to the cleaning issue. We spoke fast through a booking chat that is cool. We got 10% discount because of this issue and a proposal to clean the apartment in 40 minutes. Unfortunately, a cleaning during stay was unsuitable for us, and we used a vacuum cleaner ourselves.
