Wir waren für 3 Nächte im schönen Harz, Wildemann. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, sehr ruhig und man ist direkt in der Natur. Restaurant, Freibad, Glowgolf sind in der Nachbarschaft.
Die Vermieterin wohnt im unteren Bereich, die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock.
Die Vermieterin ist extrem freundlich und bemüht. An dieser Stelle noch einmal herzlichen Dank!
Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten und bietet eine super Aussicht von Küche und Wohnzimmer.
Man sollte beachten: Die Wohnung wird gerne von Hundebesitzern gebucht. An manchen Stellen merkt man das. Außerdem ist es ein altes Haus: Wer einen sterilen Neubau erwartet, ist hier falsch.
Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht (vor allem die Küche!), man bekommt Handtücher, bezogene Betten, Endreinigung, Spälmaschine mit Tabs, Geschirrtücher,... kostenlos zum Mietpreis!
Die Wohnung ist auf dem Stand der 90er Jahre. Größtenteils sauber, aber in Teilen renovierungsbedürftig. Das sind dann auch die Ecken, wo sich Schmutz verfängt.
Mit ein wenig Investition kann man hier eine Perle erschaffen!
Insgesamt gebe ich aber sehr gerne fast volle Punktzahl, da Preis-Leistung einfach stimmen.
Wer als retroUrlaub (mit Hund) im Harz mit "Familien-Anschluss" sucht, der ist hier gut aufgehoben!
