A hotel Close to the airport , affordabe

It is near to the airport and the night market. Location is good. Beds were okay not super comfy not super hard. Matrass topper would help. Staff are friendly and smiley.

I know it is in the middle of the nature but when i just checked in staff was catching quite a big snake in a balcony on the first floor. So I was so scared and I couldn’t stay or enjoy hotel after seeing it there . Maybe it is just my bad luck, i don’t know how common is it. Some others we’re staying in 5 star hotel and happened to them too so I can’t blame hotel for that.

Solo traveller last minute stopover luck

The staff were so welcoming to a solo traveller. The amenities are focused towards self catering which in the busy season I would imagine is very convenient. They provided a taxi in advance of my flight via the chat on booking.com which made me feel safer and it was good value. I also had a taxi to and back from the night market which really made my stay better. I didn't' have much food as it was a last minute stop over however they brought me to their personal kitchen and made me noodles which went above and beyond. I'm really happy that I stayed with very welcoming and hospitable staff for my last minute stopover, they made a difficult situation much better for me.

I came in the off season so the local shops and restaurants are understandably closed as the resort is very close to the airport, maximum 11 minute drive and the bulk of bigger hotels are further up.

Very good

Location was amazing. From the hotel itself you can rent the bike. So, no need to visit any bike rental. A bit far from downtown. But peaceful place. 9/10 from my side. Host is so nice. He talks via Google transybit he try his best to help you in any way.

Nice place to stay I would rate around 8

Everything is good Staff is helpful Made arrangements for my scooter within 30 mins. Just 1 downside There is no bed switch to turnoff the lights. Rest all is good

No bed switch A bit towards interior, so whenever you want something you need to come to the market around 2 3 kms.

Very good

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms was fantastic, very spacious, clean and we had the beautiful view of the rain Forrest. We had two rooms booked and I cannot fault them.

The water runs on solar, so if you didn't get your shower in early it becomes luke warm not hot at night when the sun's down.

Great place to stay

The staff and the quietness of the place its of the track a couple of 3 miles from the main drag. Where are plenty of restaurants and bars. No problem they hire scooters at a reasonable price. No Russians so that was a bonus

Nothing except for location pretty close to airport and spacious room.

I have travelled a lot and this is by far the worst check in experience. I opted for a pick up at the airport for 150000vnd but the driver was late. Rather than paying to the hotel, the driver asked me for money when he dropped me (which made me feel like he is not their in house driver) so I would advise you guys to grab for only 100000vnd. I arrived at the hotel and no one was really there to assist me and there was no one who speaks English. I also found dead mosquito and stains on the bed and below the pillow. The overall experience was just below average.

atmosphere, pool, room and bed size

water pressure in shower was very less on the 1st floor. wish there was some arrangement for snacks, juices and light eating available. and while caretaker communicated with google translator, talking would be more convenient.

Very supportive staff - Great receptionist guy Room is big, facility is at an average quality but the room is big with 1 king and 1 queen bed for 3 people, bathroom is clean, bedsheets are clean. 800k vnd for a night in the city center, everything is not shiny but clean and moderate, simple. It is considered great value to me.

Superb

Beds were comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was affordable and tasty. Rent a bike, 5 minutes from the main restaurants and bars. The man at the desk was very pleasant and always on hand to help with taxis, food and drinks.

I will definitely come back!

The resort itself is surrounded by nature and and the location isn't in the middle of the town which bring the utmost quietness and fresh air, but it doesn't mean you are in the middle of nowhere. The resort is only a few minutes bike ride from town, they also have a pool in case you want to just chill at the resort. They do take care of the scenery so it was a pleasure to just walk around. The room was exceptionally clean and they cleaned everyday during our stay (they even had spotless teapot). They were kind and friendly to offer a room upgrade for the price we paid. The staff was super nice and helpful and they won't bother you.

Hidden gem ! !

Quynh mai resport was a wonderful surprise in Phu Quoc. Very attractive price for a large, well built/equipped room with a gorgeous balcony opening on the Island's freshest and cleanest swimming pool. The room was made daily by friendly maids, and spotless clean every single day. The location is tucked away by a wooded hill and was quiet and idyllic. I loved it so much that I ended up staying there 3 weeks ! Mr Chin in particular was very attentive to all out needs, and made sure I left and came back to the property with a smile everyday ! Best value for money you could ever find in Phu Quoc, even possibly in Vietnam.

Nothing, staying there was pure heaven.

Great experience, cheerful and very helpful manager. Be ready to rent a bike - it's worth it.

The hotel was clean, the manager was very cheerful and helpful. I rented a motorbike as well - it was of good quality and the price was decent.

The location is not convenient to walk - need to rent a bike. However, the price to rent a bike is decent and the bikes are good.
