The location can't be beat in beautiful Cook's Bay! Plus it's above a great pizza place (Allo Pizza). Chantal, the owner, was helpful and friendly. She recommended a scooter rental that was cheaper than other options on Moorea which offered free pick up and drop off. Our room had a lovely view of the bay and a patio so we could dry our clothes. The swimming pool was a bonus! Wifi signal was decent from our room (room 3). Having a kitchen to cook all our meals saved us a lot of money. Our room had a fridge and there was also a bigger fridge downstairs to store extra stuff if needed. We had 3 resident dogs and a cat to play with which we liked. We stayed for 8 days and really enjoyed our stay. To get back to the ferry terminal, Chantal offered to take us for about half what a taxi cost us which we appreciated! She also spoke good English! Moorea is gorgeous and this was a decent budget option to save money for excursions and tours!
The shared shower smelled a bit bad for the first half of our stay until the cleaning lady came by. We aren't smokers and are a bit sensitive to the smell of smoke which was present sometimes. Keep in mind that you are sharing a living space with a local resident and all is good! For the price we had no real complaints.

The location. The veiw. The fact there was a washing machine to clean clothes. And fridge in room.
Wifi did not work.
Key to room was difficult to use.
Would of like air-conditioning.
