I loved the experience overall, staff were very helpful and on top of cleaning, maintaining and organising everything, beds were super comfy and great quality, atmosphere was really cool with the cafe connected, pool was well kept and clean, everything was good. Location next to the beach was fantastic also, m mart and Bali boozy at your doorstep are really useful too for the bule of us.
To be honest there were only two small issues, the bathroom needed a little bit of work, hand soap was a bit smelly, the shower head was unreliable and sporadic. It wouldn’t stop me booking again but a proper shower head would have brought more comfort.
The other was the tv, we were hoping such a lovely hotel would have a smart box or have a smart tv, we wanted to eat dinner together in our rooms and watch Netflix or YouTube but we only had basic tv channels, (it didn’t help my tv only had 3 channels that were working, HBO and other channels were too fuzzy to watch despite trying to fix the antennae).
