Big room with private bathroom. Nice bed, good air con and central location to 7/11, fuel, cafes. Very quiet, I think we were one of a few staying.

Excellent place for a one night stop. You have everything you need. Owner speaks English a bit. Very serviceable. Highly recommend.

Not able to stay there as we were informed of the room problem at 4.55 pm through e mail on the same day of check in .As we were travelling from Mae Hong son to Muangchaem house ,we had problem accessing e mail . I reached the guesthouse at about 7 pm and was told the room had a problem , and the owner arranged an alternative guesthouse at a nearby location .
No comments on the unit as no chance to stay as a guest .
