Located in Lipari, this lovely condo for $125 per night is a great choice for your next break. In the typical ancient Aeolian village of Acquacalda di Lipari, at the end of the village, in the quiet and panoramic area called San Gaetano, we offer housing solutions of various sizes and types, independent houses and apartments just steps from the beach. The houses are tastefully furnished and are equipped with all comforts. All houses have sea view and are equipped with terraces. The beach below is no more than 30 meters away. The long beach of Acquacalda has also been awarded this year, like the past years, with the blue flag by the FEE, Foundation for Environmental Education, which has the aim, worldwide, to spread the good environmental practices, through multiple education, training and information activities for sustainability. Didỳmē consists of four rooms and is equipped with WiFi. The first is a bedroom with double bed with bedside tables, chest of drawers, mirror and a comfortable armchair / bed. The second bedroom has two bunk beds (+ one pull-out) and is complete with wardrobe and chest of drawers with mirror. The third bedroom has a comfortable double sofa bed, an equipped wall and a writing desk with mirror. The fourth bedroom is a large living room with a raised kitchen area, complete with all appliances (including a dishwasher) and a living area with a comfortable double sofa bed, a wall equipped with satellite TV, an extensible table (up to 8 seats) and a pellets. The apartment has comfortable fitted wardrobes and a service area with washing machine. the living room / kitchen, with a splendid view of both Salina and Panarea and Stromboli, opens through a large French window onto a beautiful furnished panoramic terrace, from where you can access the beach (30mt.) through a ladder. An electric barbecue can be used on the terrace. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and fans. At the back of the house, before the rear entrance, a private parking space is available for a small / medium vehicle.

La casa è risultata ancora più bella e comoda di quanto appariva nelle immagini e nella descrizione. Il paesino di Acquacalda è nel complesso tranquillo ma comodo per girare l’isola. La casa è adatta sopratutto per chi ama la quiete di fronte a panorami impagabili.

Wir verbrachten 10 Tage in Aquacalda (Familie mit 2 Teenagern). Die Wohnung ist gross, sehr sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet und mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer gelegen. Die Lage ist ruhig und absolut einmalig. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin bzw. vor Ort war sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung ohne Einschränkungen weiter. Im Oktober ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert (Bus fährt auch, direkt oberhalb der Ferienanlage) - Geschäfte und Restaurants (1 Ausnahme) sind geschlossen.

Das Haus Didyme liegt direkt am Meer mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf einige der umliegenden Inseln (Salina, San Pietro undStromboli bei guter sicht). Der Strand ist ein Steinstrand, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. In der Vor- und Nachsaison fahren zwar regelmäßig Busse nach Lipari, aber doch begrenzt und so braucht man eigentlich ein Mietauto, da in Acquacalda außer einem Restaurant nichts offen hatte (es gibt auch keinen kleinen Supermarkt). Die Terrasse ist halb überdacht, so dass man sowohl Sonne als auch Schatten geniessen kann, je nach Temperatur. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei auch als Heizung, was für uns im April wichtig war. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem, die Badezimmer ausreichend groß. Alles war sehr sauber und die Betreuung (Empfehlung für Taxi, Anbieten von Hilfe etc.) herausragend. Hilfreich für uns wäre ein Ordner mit allen Bedienungsanleitungen gewesen, da wir z.B. den schönen Brennofen nicht nutzen konnten, weil wir ihn nicht anbekommen haben. Auch die Einstellung der Klimaanlage (mit Timer und allem) war für an Klimaanlagen nicht gewöhnte Westeuropäer nicht ganz einfach. Wir haben im Haus Didyme eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht, waren allerdings auch die einzigen in der gesamten Anlage. Wenn es dort voll ist, geht es sicher etwas lebhafter zu. Man kann wunderschöne Wanderungen unternehmen und unsere Fahrten nach Stromboli und Vulcano sowie Wanderungen an der Westseite, von Canneto nach Aquacalda werden uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben.

l appartement didyme est parfait pour visiter lipari (avec une voiture) et les iles éoliennes. la terrasse dominant la mediterranée est un plaisir chaque jour renouvellé. l 'appartement dispose de tout le confort et est tres bien entretenu. et nous avons été accueilli par gabriela qui est une hote parfaite. au plaisir d'y revenir !

Bella casa di recente ristrutturazione, ben arredata, grande, spaziosa e pulitissima. La terrazza molto grande e con una vista splendida su Salina, Panarea e Stromboli è l'ideale per prendere il sole senza nemmeno dover scendere sulla spiaggia sottostante. La zona è tranquillissima con vicino altre case anch'esse tutte ben tenute e curate. Lipari paese è raggiungibile con la macchina in 20 minuti o con il bus. Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche un paio di ristoranti con buona cucina siciliana.

Bellissimo!

Bellissimo!

Lo scorso agosto ho avuto il piacere di trascorrere cinque meravigliosi giorni presso uno degli appartamenti del borgo San Gaetano. L'appartamento è il risultato della recente ristrutturazione di una tipica casa liparota e si affaccia, con una stupenda ed ampia terrazza, direttamente sul mare. Gli arredi sono infatti tutti nuovissimi e, al nostro arrivo, l'appartamento era perfettamente pulito. Inoltre la spiaggia, cui si può accedere tramite una scala che parte direttamente dalla terrazza, è estremamente tranquilla e lontana dal caos che popola le altre spiagge dell'isola. Il borgo San Gaetano è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Complessivamente, anche grazie all'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria, mi sono trovata benissimo, e spero di poterci tornare quanto prima.
