About this condo rental
The modern apartment (about 38 sqm) can accommodate two people and is equipped with high quality. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, a bathroom with tub and a tasteful living / sleeping area. A high-quality box spring bed (double bed) and a large couch (extendable as additional sofa bed), granite tiles and satellite TV complete the facilities. A balcony with a view of the Rhine is also available. The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished. The Rheinsteig and the ferry to Bopparad are within walking distance. Many sights in the World Heritage Middle Rhine Valley are easily accessible (Loreley, Rüdesheim, Marksburg, Koblenz). Shops (Lidl, pharmacy) are in the immediate vicinity. Parking is possible around the corner at Lidl free of charge. Luggage can also be unloaded in the yard. Behind the house is a beautiful garden with apple trees and a fishpond. Bicycles are available for free. In the village there is also an outdoor pool, post office, tourist information and a boat landing stage. Well-kept restaurants invite you to a cozy meal. The train connections to Koblenz or Rüdesheim with VIAS are very good. Please no pets. Non smoking. Please note: Booking by credit card only.

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Urlaub beim Rhein, vielen Stunden verbrachten wir am Balkon, und haben die Schiffe angeschaut 😊❤️🛥🛳

Prettig Appartement.
Ruimte genoeg en het ontbrak werkelijk aan niets.
In keuken alles aanwezig.
Fantastisch uitzicht vanaf het balkon op de rijn.
Lidl bijna naast appartement.

Gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit direktem Rheinblick. Nette Vermieter.

Het appartement voldeed aan alle eisen.
Alles prima geregeld , alles was aanwezig.
De ontvangst was hartelijk.
Het uitzicht was erg mooi, goed toeven op het balkon. De foto's op de site gaven geen goed beeld hoe het in werkelijkheid was.

Der Balkon ist fantastisch!!!!
Saubere und gut ausgestattene, moderne Wohnung - ideal für zwei Personen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hatten einige Tipps für die Umgebung auf Lager.
Wir können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
Der Balkon mit Blick auf den Rhein hat uns jeden Abend fasziniert.

Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage
Die Wohnung ist genau so, wie sie beschrieben ist. Es ist alles vorhanden und sauber. Balkon, Wohn- und Schlafbereich mit direktem Rheinblick - man kann sogar vom Bett aus die zahlreichen Schiffe passieren sehen. Gute Lage für Tagesausflüge, ob per Schiff, zu Fuß, per Bahn oder mit dem Fahrrad. Lidl und Rewe direkt um die Ecke. Lediglich heißes/warmes Wasser beim Duschen und in der Küche, sowie der fehlende Duschvorhang, sind eine Sache für sich... Im Bad ist nach dem Duschen leider alles nass und die Wassertemperatur quasi nicht regulierbar...
Alles in allem aber empfehlenswert!

Schöne saubere Wohnung, tolle Lage
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Ausstattung völlig ausreichend. Das Bett war uns etwas zu weich, aber das ist wohl persönlichen Gewohnheiten zuzuschreiben :). Einzig die Dusche ließ uns manchmal verzweifeln - durch einen Boiler angetrieben war es nicht immer einfach die richtige Wassertemperatur einzustellen.
Die Umgebung ist super, die Aussicht einfach perfekt. Auch die Möglichkeit Fahrräder auszuleihen haben wir sehr gerne genutzt.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin absolut unkompliziert und freundlich.
Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Mooi Balkon met uitzicht op de rijn
Lidl op de hoek waar je ook de auto kunt parkeren, prachtig uitzicht vanaf balkon.
Alles is aanwezig. Potten pannen bestek etc.
Enigste nadeel was de badkamer waar je zittend moet douchen of je moet elke keer een bad nemen

Im Schlafzimmer solt eine klein Lampe gut sein. Es ist ganz dunkel im nachtzeit, und im Schlafzimmer ist kein möglichkeit leucht zu machen.

Geräumige Fewo mit tollem Rheinblick
Fewo mit tollem Rheinblick, gut ausgestattet, blitzesauber und mit viel Platz. Freundlicher Telefonkontakt und sehr netter Empfang durch Vermieterin.
Lediglich ein Duschvorhang, im sonst neuen Bad, und eine Beschattung auf dem Balkon wären verbesserungsfähig.
Bettwäsche, Handtücher, super Küchenausstattung sind vorhanden. W-Lan funktioniert.
Die Straße vor dem Haus und die Züge, die durch das Rheintal fahren, haben uns nicht gestört.
Pkw kann problemlos auf Supermarktparkplatz in der Nähe abgestellt werden.
Alles in allem empfehlenswert, gerne wieder, Preis- Leistung passen.

Super Lage und Ausstattung
Die Lage ist super:
Das Lidl ist direkt ums Eck, auf dem Balkon kann man in der Abendsonne die Schiffe vorbeiziehen sehen und auch der Bahnhof ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreicht.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und das Boxspringbett ist sehr bequem. Wir haben legelich einen Duschvorhang vermisst.
Die Vermittlerin ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation sher gut und schnell.

Die Wohnung ist neu, gemütlich und gut eingerichtet.
Vom Balkon aus schaut man sofort auf den Rhein und kann die Schiffe, die zahlreich auf dem Rhein fahren toll verfolgen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in schöner Lage
Als Privatreisende haben wir das Objekt für einen Kurzurlaub gebucht. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und bietet genug Raum für zwei Personen. Allerdings verwunderte das Fehlen eines Duschvorhangs für die Baddusche sowie die Beschattung (Sonnenschirm) für den Balkon. Laut Beschreibung kann man aber den Garten mitbenutzen, was wir aber wg. des fehlenden Rheinblicks nicht gemacht haben.
Es ist aber zu beachten, dass das Haus direkt an einer Bundesstraße liegt, die auch nachts regelmäßig befahren wird. Auch die Rheinschifffahrt und die gegenüberliegende Bahn sorgt für Lärm (nicht so sehr die hinter dem Haus entlanglaufende Bahn). Mit Ohrenstöpsel und morgens geschlossenen Fenstern zum Rhein hin, ist es allerdings problemlos auszuhalten.
Ebenfalls positiv der sehr naheliegende Supermarkt (Lidl).
Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen!!!

This property was a joy to visit. Loved the flat, it was much larger than we expected and very clean. Loved the view, completely unobstructed of the Rhine. Loved the town, not too touristy. It was really nice to have bikes available and we did make use of them. Very handy to have a grocery store just a few hundred metres away. Picked up food and prepared it at the flat. It would have been nice to have condiments available in the pantry. Our only complaint would be the pull out bed. Neither of us found it comfortable.

Gute Ausstattung, toller Ausblick, etwas laut und provisorische Schlafgelegenheit
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Rheinufer und ist sehr schön und auch gut ausgestattet. Nur die Schlafcouch ist für 2 Personen zwar groß genug, aber leider alles andere als komfortabel. Der Blick auf den Rhein ist super. Dafür ist es auch nachts durch die vielen Züge recht laut, wenn man bei offenem Fenster schlafen möchte.
Für lärmempfindliche und an durchgehende Matratzen, ohne Ritzen und harte und weiche Zonen gewöhnte Menschen ist die Unterkunft leider nicht geeignet. Für weniger empfindliche Urlauber ist es eine tolle Ferienwohnung direkt am Rhein.

Ideal für Rheinsteig-Wanderer!
Wir waren zu zweit, dafür hat die Wohnung Idealgröße. Super Lage: Bahnhofsnähe, Lidl um die Ecke, Rheinsteigzuweg. Bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Sehr sympathische Vermieter. Absolut empfehlenswert!

On the first morning it took over an hour to work out how to use the very modern ceramic cooker due to the instructions being in German, Italian and French but not English and the “English speaking owner” could not be contacted. The description also states that there is parking available. What it does not say that it is not at the property but in a supermarket car park about 300 metres away and we were not happy leaving our car there each night. The only good thing going for this property is the location.

Zu empfehlen
Diese Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Küchenausstattung ist für eine Ferienwohnung sehr umfangreich. Die Schlafcouch ist trotz unserer anfänglichen Bedenken sehr bequem. Zu bea. wäre, das die 1 1/2 Zimmer ein großer Raum sind. Den Balkonblick auf den Rhein haben wir genossen, ob zum Frühstück oder Abends beim Wein. Da gab es immer was zu sehen. Der Lärm der Bahn ist kaum zu hören und die Straße vor dem Haus war nachts ruhig.
Die Fähre nach Boppard ist in ca. 20 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. An der Fähre ist auch ein Parkplatz mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen. Die Bahn fährt im Stundentakt in beide Richtungen, Schiffsanleger im Ort,
Lidl mit Bäckerei gleich nebenan, Apotheke und Getränkeshop, Sparkasse und Postbank, reichlich Restaurants im Ort. Reichlich Infomaterial liegt in der Wohnung bereit. Sonst ist Kamp-Bornhausen eher ruhig, wir haben es genossen. Also wer Trubel und Party sucht ist hier falsch. Frau Wies konnte man jederzeit um Rat fragen, sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Wenn es uns wieder an den Rhein verschlägt, würden wir wieder kommen.
