The energy of the place is stellar! The owner is so kind and friendly! He will make sure you have all you need during your stay, and very accommodating! The staff are friendly as well as all the other guests! You can easily spend hours hanging out in the restaurant/lounge area either doing your own thing or socializing with the other guests and staff ! Good was great as well! I especially liked how reachable the owner is. We had shown up early morning (4am) and he was accommodating!!! Good price for the stay!
The toilet pipe might need some loving as there was a constant smell coming from the toilet. But besides that everything else is impeccable!

I stay at this hotel every time I visit, and I don’t even consider other options anymore — because this place is about feelings, not just accommodation.
Of course, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay: cozy rooms, attentive service, and thoughtful details. But the most valuable thing here is the atmosphere. It’s truly incredible — warm, vibrant, and genuine. It’s the kind of place you want to come back to again and again.
What makes it even more special is the people. The guests, the owners, and the team — everyone feels unique: open, kind, and genuinely interesting. It doesn’t feel like a hotel, but rather like being part of a big, welcoming family where you are truly appreciated.
Another huge plus for me is that the hotel is animal-friendly. It’s not just a policy — you can really feel that both guests and their pets are comfortable here, even in the little details.
Honestly, this is one of those places that stays in your heart. And every time I leave, I know I’ll definitely be back 🤍

The manager Govinda is a beautiful man, he makes everyone feel welcome and looks after all his guests. The food at Zoola Palace is amazing!
Only one washroom for people staying on the top floor.

Room was okay, ac private bathroom etc.
But the staff was not. Asked for passport photo page pictures not only of photo id page but also visa page although in multiple earlier locations novody asked for that. There were 2 outages in.. 15 minutes! And bed sheets were not good at all
