Gostei muito do quarto, com o ar condicionado e das piscinas quentes e mornas.Todo local é muito agradável, e os funcionários da limpeza estão de parabéns, deixando o local sempre impecável. O café da manhã tinha muitas opções
Não gostei do funcionamento das piscinas somente até às 22h. Seria muito melhor se fosse liberado pelo menos até às 00:00 (meia noite)
A sauna e o tobogã deveriam ter mais tempo de funcionalidade

Não gostei da administração do apartamento. A comunicação foi difícil pelo booking, uma vez que a reserva era para participar de um evento. A emissão de nota fiscal com CNPJ foi muito difícil, uma vez que precisava comprovar os gastos. Tivemos que ficar cobrando uma semana o envio da Nota Fiscal com os dados de pagamento.

A comunicação com os administradores da Bancorbrás Turismo S.A. foi difícil pelo booking, uma vez que a reserva era para participar de um evento. Fizemos reserva para quatro pessoas, uma vez que o apartamento tinha essa opção, mas não tinha cama para as quatro pessoas. A emissão de nota fiscal com CNPJ foi muito difícil e demorada.

Excellent location! The room was big and spacious perfect for my family of 5. Pools were nice and warm. Kids loved the slides the only downside was that it closed too early. It was very close to downtown where the kids had so much fun at the park.
The building itself is old need some upgrading.
It was a great experience, it would be nice if the building get some upgrading and the kids slides stay open for more hours.

The location is amazing to go to DiRoma, commerce, restaurants, and the center of the city. The breakfast buffet is varied and tasty, the bottled water price is reasonable, parking is great, room cleaning service is very good, and the view is beautiful if you ask to be turned to the city.
Rooms for 3 people are door to door with other rooms like they split one room in two and if the other room next to your room has people in it you will hear everything they do, talking, hairdryer. The safe wasn't working, the shower had a little issue and the TV had very few channels, we complained about the noise and they moved us to another room where the conjoined room was empty, safe, shower and TV worked.

The staff were lovely, the hotel was well located to the water park and great entertainment at night. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good
