The villa is just wonderful. It is beautifully furnished with lots of thought and care being put into making it feel comfortable and attractive and its position overlooking the sea is just perfect. It is comfortable and scrupulously clean.
There were a few things that did detract from our stay...
The swimming pool was very cold indeed. It did not matter too much as the weather was edging around the 30c+ so once used to the shock of the cold water it was pleasant. A night cover over the pool would help this enormously.
We had not realised when we booked that there was no direct access to the beach from the grounds of the villa. Again this did not spoil our stay but I think it would be worth mentioning that in the villa booking information.
We were genuinely shocked that we had to pay €44 in electricity charges as we were leaving. We had spent very litte time inside the villa all week and had only really used the A/C unit in one bedroom. We did one washing machice load and only one easy meal prepared inside so the charge did feel severe. We had failed to see this expectation when we booked but had we been shown the meter reading when we checked into the villa we would have been prepared for the charge. We did not see a meter reading at the begining or at the end of the stay nor did we know the unit cost of the elecrticity.
Finally, because of the very hot weather we were eaten alive by mosquitos, so be prepared and take lots of anti mosquito products with you.

Das Haus bietet eine umfangreiche Ausstattung, ist sehr ansprechend und gemütlich eingerichtet, große Räume mit allen notwendigen Utensilien, modern und sauber, Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Erstklassige Lage am Meer, Liegen und Stühle, alles vorhanden. Betten sind bequem, genug heißes Wasser zum Duschen, großes komfortables Bad.
Leider kein direkter Zugang zum Meer.
An Regentagen war es mir zu kalt im Haus, die Heizung ließ sich nicht wärmer stellen.
Insgesamt sehr zufrieden und wohl gefühlt.
Das Haus wird demnächst einige Reparaturen brauchen, das sieht man an vielen Stellen.

De woning is zeer mooi afgewerkt van binnen en voelt zeer goed aan. Eigenaar is zeer vriendelijke en goed bereikbaar.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à la Villa Vista. La maison correspond parfaitement aux photos du site, la plage est à deux minutes à pied. Le centre ville est à 5 minutes en voiture, mais petit centre SPAR a proximité de la maison. Piscine très agréable, et pour toute aide, la propriétaire est facilement atteignable et de très bonne aide. Nous y retournerons avec un plaisir non dissimulé.

Alles super!
Die Villa Vista verspricht, was sie hält! Ein sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, in dem es an wirklich gar nichts mangelt. Die Küche ist wundervoll ausgestattet, sogar mit Saftpresse und Küchenmaschine. Draußen gibt es einen offenen Grillofen. Und das beste: Die Lage direkt am Meer!

Wir haben über Silvester 2019/2020 einen tollen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Bilder entsprechen 1:1 dem, was wir vor Ort vorgefunden haben. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison. La maison est vraiment très bien équipée. La vue est magnifique. Dommage que la piscine n'était pas chauffée. Nous nous sommes baignés sur la plage en contre bas. Fin octobre l'eau était bonne. Je pensais en réservant être plus près du centre. Nous avons visités des jolies villages et mangé une exellente paella à Valence. Je garde un excellent souvenir de ce séjour en Espagne.

Exzellente Unterkunft
Das Haus ist super schön und entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Es ist außerdem sowohl von außen, als auch von innen sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Man hat direkt das Gefühl nach Hause zukommen, wenn man dort ankommt. In der Villa ist alles vorhanden, was man fürs tägliche Leben braucht. Wir waren vor allem überrascht, wie gut die Küche dort mit Utensilien wie Töpfen, Schneidebretter, als auch mit Küchenhelfern und Geräten ausgestattet ist.
Wir waren zu 4. in dem Haus und hatten trotzdem alle unglaublich viel Platz. Eine Belegung mit 6 Personen wäre ebenfalls unproblematisch gewesen.
Direkt neben der Villa geht ein kleiner Weg zum Kiesstrand ab, den man somit innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichen kann. Das Haus befindet sich unweit von der Innenstadt, die viele Shoppingmöglichkeiten, einen Marktplatz, sowie eine lange Sandstrandpromenade bietet.
Wir haben dort eine wundervolle Woche verbracht. Alles in allem waren wie überaus zufrieden und empfehlen diese Unterkunft Wärmsteins weiter!

Perfektes Haus in bester Lage
Wir können dieses Haus nur loben. Es ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Fußbodenheizung schafft auch in den Wintermonaten eine angenehme Atmosphäre, die Lage am Meer ist nicht zu übertreffen: Sonnenaufgänge über dem Meer am Horizont, das beruhigende Rauschen der Brandung, drei Schritte zum Wasser, die vorbeiziehenden Fischerboote, Möwen und Kormorane und und und. Auch der Pool ist sauber und einladend.Der Garten bietet Sonnen- und Schattenplätze zum Liegen und Sitzen.Wir haben jedenfalls im März täglich draussen gefrühstückt. Schnelleinkauf im Spar 100 m. Alles andere nicht weit in Vinaros mit seinen zahlreichen kleinen Lokalen für draussen und drin. Ausflüge nach Süden ( Peniscola) und nach Norden (Ebrodelta) bieten sich an. Jedenfalls ist es von etwa 50 Ferienhäusern, die wir in den letzten Jahren gebucht haben, eines von denen, die wir schon das zweite Mal besucht haben.

Ein tolles Haus
Wir sind sehr nett von der Vermieterin am Haus empfangen worden. Uns wurde alles gezeigt, was für den Urlaub notwendig war. Zum Haus ist zu sagen, dass dieses 1 a den Bildern entspricht und super ausgestattet ist. Es ist alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht und darüber hinaus. Erwähnenswert ist die Senseo-Kaffeemaschine mit dem extra Milch-Aufschäumer sowie den Mixer, den wir bisher in keinem Haus hatten. Mein großer Sohn hat sich dahingehend gefreut, als dass ich ihm einen Geburtstagskuchen backen konnte :-).
Der Garten sieht auch genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern. Und man ist wirklich sehr nah dran am Meer und es war wunderschön, das Meeresrauschen zu hören. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Der Pool war leider etwas kälter, aber meinem kleinsten Sohn hat das nichts ausgemacht. Er war jeden Tag drinnen.
Auch kann man sehr gut oberhalb des Meeres (mit ein paar Abweichungen, man kann nicht die ganze Zeit oberhalb vom Meer gehen) entlang spazieren gehen. Zum Teil aussehend wie an der Algarve in Portugal.
Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub im Herbst. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder

1a -Urlaub - Abschalten direkt mit dem Betreten des Grundstücks
Wir (mein Partner, ich und unsere 2 Hunde) waren vom 07.-14.07.2018 in der Villa Vista in Vinaros und wurden herzlich von Silke empfangen. Wir fühlten uns direkt sehr willkommen und waren sprachlos aufgrund der wundervollen Lage und der Aussicht. Die Bilder zeigten dieses bereits sehr gut, es dann aber real zu sehen, ist atemberaubend. Die Fotos geben übrigens 1:1 alles genauso wieder, wie es auch live wirklich ist.
Als Hundebesitzer von 2 Zwergpinschern war es uns sehr wichtig, dass die Kleinen nirgendswo von dem Grundstück abhauen können, aber die Bedenken waren unbegründet, es war alles sicher und eingezäunt bzw. ummauert, sodass wir die Hunde auch nicht ständig im Auge behalten mussten.
Es war zudem sehr ruhig in der Umgebung, das einzige was man glücklicherweise immer gehört hat war das Meer ;) und das war toll! Zum Meer bzw. zur nächstgelegenen kleinen Bucht geht man ca. 200 m, gefühlt 1 min zu Fuß.
Nach 1 Woche fuhren wir weiter in den Süden, wo unser Urlaub weiterging, aber wir waren in jeder Hinsicht sehr zufrieden, mit der Betreuung von Silke, der liebevoll eingerichteten Unterkunft, der Sauberkeit, der Lage, einfach mit ALLEM und wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.
Wenn man noch etwas verbessern wollte, könnte man noch eine Klimaanlage im Wohnraum ergänzen, da manche Abende dort schon ziemlich warm waren, aber selbst das kann man mit der richtigen „Lüft-Technik“ gut aushalten. Die Villa Vista sowie die sehr nette Betreuung können wir daher nur mit der Note 1 bewerten.

Fantastisches Haus in absolut fantastischer Lage!
Im Rahmen unserer Urlaubstour duch die Schweiz, Frankreich und Spanien durften wir Ende Juni 2018 für eine Woche in der Villa Vista in Vinaros wohnen. Gleich vorweg steht fest: Dieses ist das schönste Haus, in dem wir je Urlaub gemacht haben - und das vor allem aber nicht nur aufgrund der perfekten Lage.
Schon die Begrüßung durch die Besitzerin viel sehr freundlich aus und war sehr gut organisiert. Ein paar Stunden vor Anreisezeitpunkt wurden wir sogar per WhatsApp über das Wichtigste informiert. Vor Ort waren wir beim Anblick auf Pool und Garten dann aber doch erst einmal baff, denn es sieht wirklich mindestens so schön aus wie auf den Fotos.
Wir haben das Ferienhaus als Familie (meine Frau sowie meine beiden Töchter, 15 und 8 sowie natürlich ich) bewohnt. Für uns vier Personen und unseren Hund war mehr als genug Platz. Die Ausstattung ist wirklichüberdurchschnittlich gut und umfasst in der fast neu aussehenden Küche neben einer Senseo-Maschine sogar einen Milchaufschäumer und eine hochwertige Saftpresse. Und selbst eine Schale mit leckeren Saftorangen stand daneben ;-)
Trotz des schönen Innenbereichs mit 3 Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern und sogar deutschsprachigen TV-Kanälen ist aber dennoch der Garten mit seiner schattigen Terrasse, den Palmen, dem unglaublich schönen Ausblick aufs Meer und dem tollen Salzwasser-Pool das Highlight des Hauses. Keine drei Meter entfernt branden die Wellen auf die Felsen und direkt daneben liegt eine kleine Badebucht, die Ende Juni meist noch sehr leer war. Ein echter Traum zum Erholen.
In der Nähe gibt es zudem zwei Hundestrände (wichtig für alle Hundebesitzer) und mit dem Auto sind es rund 5 Minuten zur Promenade von Vinaros und einem großen Mercado Supermarkt. In nächster Lauflage befinden sich zudem zwei Restaurants und ein kleiner Spar-Supermarkt. Alles in allem die für uns perfekte Lage.
Die Vermieterin hat sich zudem alle Mühe gegeben und stand bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Wir können die Villa Vista daher hundertprotzentig weiterempfehlen und wünschen kommenden Urlaubern genauso eine schöne Zeit wie wir sie hatten...

Very nice villa!
The villa is just great! Location by the sea is amazing. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning sitting on the patio and watching the beatiful sea, really nice way to start your day! The pool is very good sized and depth is good . Water was around 27 celsius degrees. The villa is just renovated so everything is new and beautiful and decoration is done in very good taste. Kitchen is absolutely well equipped and you will find eveything you need if you want to cook your meals, even spices, oils and vinegars. All bedrooms have air con so you can sleep well even it is quite hot in Vinaros in June. Silke and Andreas are very nice and welcoming people, you really feel like coming home when arriving! Booking process was very easy and they answered very promptly by e-mail to our questions and helped us very much planning our holiday. There is Spar supermarket 300 m away, very gooid Lidl 4 min by car and big Carrefour 6 min by car. Vinaros is nice and authentic spanish town with plenty of good and nice priced restaurants, very nice beach and no mass tourism. We will certainly come back some day! Thank you Silke and Andreas!
