we arrived late night from haneda so we took uber to come here. it accepted late night check in so very convenient to us! the room is already heated too!! so kind of them. and they let us put our luggage after check out.

The staff is super friendly & helpful. The location is close to the train station, shopping & dining.
Needs secure room for luggage storage.

The staff were incredibly helpful and accomodating. We were nervous to travel with our cat for the first time and the staff secured safe transport to haneda airport on our behalf. We couldn’t be more grateful.
The shower curtain had a bit of what looks liked black mold or some kind of dirt. We only receieved one towel set, and when my partner asked for an extra towel and extra pillows for us both he only receieved one face towel (no body towel) and one pillow
