The courtesy of the staff was exceptional, from the time I was checked in by a lovely young man, Mr. Raed, to Mr. Sunil, who helped me with my heavy luggage, to the young man from the Royal Service who kindly showed me how to use the steamer. As I left, Mr. Mustafa from the Concierge Desk kindly collected my heavy luggage, called me a taxi and sent me on my way. The staff were exceptional and I loved the luxurious feel of the room. Thank you! I look forward to staying at the Fairmont again! 💖💖💖

Excellent hotel for business travelers. The accommodations were comfortable, the service was efficient, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the facilities.

The location is easily accessible, quiet and clean. Room is excellent, bathroom is big with a lot of safety features like hard flooring for showering, shower coat, bathroom sleepers, sees through translucent demarcation between bedroom and bathroom.
I did not dislike anything, but will suggest positive improvement advise if it can be possibly implementable either now or in the nearest future
- simple wall hook inside the shower cubicle to hang towels while showering
- the shower head right above should be centralized and symmetrical to the dimension of the showering room

This could be my new favourite hotel in Riyadh.
Great location to airport and many locations for meetings / work. Great facilities, loved the rooms and all the small touches such as snacks.
The breakfast was excellent.
I worked from the lobby areas and held a lot of meetings there and the staff were so helpful and kind.
I will definitely stay here again.
