In our newly furnished apartment you can enjoy wonderful and unforgettable vacation days. The newly furnished, top modern apartment on the 3rd OG, is complete. equipped with 3 separate bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with shower / toilet, 1 separate toilet, fitted kitchen with oven, fridge / freezer (incl. Kettle, toaster, coffee machine) dining table with 7 seats, 1 sofa bed, children's toys, books for children and adults, various Games, 2 x cable TV, south-facing spacious balcony with panoramic view (in summer with balcony furniture), ski room at ground level, elevator, garage parking space .. The valley station UGA is approx. 350m, ski bus stops in front of the house. In the village center you will find shops, bank, groomed. Gastronomy, tourist office. Ideal for families with children, skiers, mountain bikers, hikers and those looking for relaxation. At home Annabelle Top 12: Winter: Top lifts, state-of-the-art equipment for slope grooming and all crowned with the Voralberg slope quality seal. The Damüls ski school employs 70 professionals who not only specialize in the ski area, but also in all other snow sports equipment. Nightlife & Apres Ski :: Voralberg's largest umbrella bar is located in the Damüls ski area. Mountain restaurants, ski huts, snack bars, kiosks, bars and pubs. The glow from the church on the hill and the Christmas lights truly made the holiday magical for us! We appreciated that we could walk to the gondola and our non-skiing family members could easily take winter hikes from the apartment. The hosts were super responsive and check-in and out couldn’t be easier. We had 7 in our party and one kid slept on the sofa which worked just fine!

Prima Lage - schöne Wohnung
Hübsches Haus und sehr schöne Wohnung.
In den Zimmern wäre es schön, wenn es ein paar Kleiderhaken gebe. Die Garderobe auf dem Flur ist toll, so eine in jedem Zimmer wäre super. So könnte feuchte Skikleidung besser trocken.
Aufgrund der Fußbodenheizung, welche im Grund toll ist, ist aber die einzige Handtuchheizung nicht gerade ausreichend um 6 Duschhandtücher zu trocken.
Da wäre ein zweiter Türhakenhalter im separaten WC eine prima Ergänzung.
Aber das ist aus das einzigste was es zu verbessern gäbe.
Es ist super, dass die Wohnung 2 Toiletten hat.
Einrichtung insbesondere Küche ist prima.
Toller Balkon inkl. Bachrauschen.

Moderne gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung und Garagenplatz. Uga-Talstation fußläufig gut und schnell erreichbar. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die bei Fragen sofort und hilfreich erreichbar ist. Gerne wieder!

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Aussicht von dem großen, überdachten Balkon haben wir sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation und die Absprache mit der Vermieterin ist reibungslos und sehr unkompliziert verlaufen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung und das Wanderparadies Damüls und Umgebung voll und ganz weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete FeWo in schöner Lage
Die FeWo ist sehr schön, geräumige Terasse (überdacht) mit schönem Ausblick und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt als Familie braucht (Küchenbedarf, Handtücher, WC Papier, Bettwäsche, Werkzeug, Spiele und Bücher ...). Die Kinder haben das Spielzimmer mit einer Kiste Lego gleich für sich entdeckt :-).
Wir kommen sehr gerne mal wieder nach Damüls.

Schöne Wohnung mit großen Balkon und herrlichen Blick auf die Bergwelt.
Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben wurde. Der große Balkon mit Blick auf Damüls Kirche und das Zafernhorn war ein zusätzlicher Raum den wir gerne genutzt haben. Vielen Dank für die schöne Wohnung! Die Photos auf der Seite könnten besser sein, denn sie spiegeln nicht die Qualität der Wohnung wieder. Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen!

Wij vonden de locatie erg goed dichtbij mooi wandelgebied,de gastecard was zeer goed om mooie wandelingen te maken, wij hadden geen last van motoren(ze waren er wel) en geen last van stank.
Wel waren sommige dingen stuk(greep van vaatwasser,heteluchtprogramma van oven,doucheslang,deurbakjes van koelkast en sommige lampen hingen een beetje gek aan het plafond.Ook de douchedeuren sluiten niet goed evenals het kastje in de douche.Op zich allemaal geen grote dingen maar gewoon jammer en niet nodig.Het appartement is voor een gezin van 5 prima te doen met 3 slaapkamers en goede bedden en ruim assortiment aan goed bestek en servies.
We hebben hele mooie wandelingen gemaakt en de lift is om de hoek.Wij hebben wel genoten van ons verblijf

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, schön und mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet.
Wir hatten selten eine so gut ausgestattete Küche vorgefunden.
Ein klasse Bonus ist die Bregenzerwald-Karte ab 3 Übernachtungen, mit der man die Seilbahnen der näheren Umgebung kostenlos nutzen kann. Die Damülser Seilbahn ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Hält was es verspricht!
Sehr saubere, moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung! Uns fehlte es fast an nichts! 3 Doppelzimmer haben für uns sechs gut ausgereicht, für eine 7. und 8. Person hätte es ein Schlafsofa und Gäste-Klapp-Matratzen gegeben. Allerdings wäre es dann sehr eng geworden (zu sechst war es schon schwer sich nicht auf die Füße zu treten, vor allem in der Küche).
Der Check-in ist super geregelt mit dem Schlüssel-Safe direkt vor der Haustür! Das Tourismusbüro stellt sogar kostsenlose Lift-Karten für den Buchungszeitraum aus - mega klasse! Schöne Wanderrouten oder Ski-Pisten drumherum :)

Top vakantie Damüls
Goed verblijf gehad in dit strak ingerichte appartement. Goed bereikbaar aan de weg gelegen. Eigen Pplek in garage en goede wasgelegenheid voor kleine vergoeding. Goede bedden !!In het gebouw is een lift aanwezig. Deze locatie is een hele goede uitvalsbasis voor allerlei activiteiten in de omgeving. Wandelen, fietsen, zwemmen etc. Veel goede wandelroutes van verschillende gradaties in directe omgeving. Echt een plus is de Bregenzergäste carte die je krijgt bij verblijf van meer dan 3 dagen. Oa alle zwembaden en liften in de omgeving zijn gratis te gebruiken. We verbleven met 4 pers in dit 6 pers appartement. Dat is goed te doen. Met meer dan 4 pers wordt het krap in de woonkamer. Als je niet veel binnen zit is het prima.
Een nadeel van dit appartement is de ligging aan de weg. Het appartement ligt aan een route die in de zomermaanden veel gebruikt wordt door motorrijders. Van vroeg in de ochtend tot half avond is dat goed te horen. Dat komt ook omdat het geluid van de motoren hard resoneert tussen het appartementengebouw en het tegenovergelegen hotel.
Het appartement was schoon en opgeruimd toen we aankwamen. De instructies via de mail waren duidelijk.
Een verbeterpunt in het gebouw is de zogenaamde Mühlraum. De afvalkamer. In de zomermaanden levert dat stank op in het hele gebouw omdat niet iedereen zijn vuilnis aanlevert zoals bedoeld. De huismeester zou hier mogelijk alerter kunnen acteren. In het dorpje is een toeristenbureau waar veel info en genoemde carte te halen zijn. Kleine winkel (Spar) in het dorp. Meer boodschappen op een kleine 20 min rijden bij Spar in dorpje AU waar ook mooi zwembad gelegen is. Verschillende hotels waren geopend. Daar was prima te eten of wat te drinken.
Al met al een prima locatie voor een mooie vakantie. Wij komen zeker een keer terug in Damüls !!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Large family all had a comfortable place to sleep. We had fun hiking, watching goats, riding the goldolas up the mountains, riding alpine coasters, relaxing, cooking in the condo. It was perfect for our June vacation! We hope to be back to ski in the winter!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Large family all had a comfortable place to sleep. We had fun hiking, watching goats, riding the goldolas up the mountains, riding alpine coasters, relaxing, cooking in the condo. It was perfect for our June vacation! We hope to be back to ski in the winter!

Tolles Feriendomizil
Wir waren mit Kindern und Enkeln ( 4 Erwachsene; 2 Kinder) vom 23. Februar bis zum 1. März diesen Jahres zu Gast in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden und in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Skilift, die Sportgeschäfte und Restaurants - das Restaurant im Berghotel Madlener liegt direkt gegenüber - sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Ortsbus hält direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben die Woche in Damüls sehr genossen.

Tolle Unterkunft mit kleinen Kindern!
Die Wohnung war für unsere Bedürfnisse (Eltern, Großeltern und zwei kleine Kinder) mit ihren drei Schlafzimmern auf einer Ebene, dem Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der umfassenden Küchenausstattung, dem Aufzug und auch ihrer Lage perfekt. Insbesondere die große Auswahl an Kinderbüchern und schönen Spielsachen hat unsere Kinder sehr begeistert. Wir haben unsere Spielsachen nicht mal auspacken müssen. Auch ein Kinderreisebett ist vorhanden (Kinderhochstuhl muss aber selbst mitgebracht werden). Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war immer sehr herzlich und Fragen wurden stets schnell beantwortet. Wir können die Wohnung -vor allem an Familien mit Kleinkindern - wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren 7 Personen, die Wohnung war ideal. Es gab fast nicht auszusetzen.
Lediglich einen Dosenöffner haben wir vermisst. Vermutlich ging der aber bei einem Vormieter verloren, weil an sonsten ist die Wohnung sehr reichlich ausgestattet, :-)

Uitstekend!
