About this house rental
Our spacious holiday home with three bedrooms offers enough space for up to 6 people and invites you to a relaxing holiday. Take advantage of amenities such as underfloor heating, the fireplace, the in-house sauna and the whirlpool to relax. The wellness bath and a second shower bath mean that there is no hectic pace in the morning. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find not only a dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer, but also a microwave, water and egg cooker and mixer and also an espresso machine. Enough dishes are available and the glass cupboard is full.
Many books for adults and children, maps of the area and leisure guides are available. A small footstool in the bathroom for children, travel cot with mattress and highchair are available.
Hair dryer in the bathroom as well. On the cozy terrace there are 6 garden chairs, table and deck chair available to our guests. Free WiFi is available.

Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, zudem die Lage fast im Ortskern ist.

Wir waren mit sechs Personen Ende Juni bis Mitte Juli 2020 im Haus „Strandläufer“ und haben den Aufenthalt dort (bis auf das Wetter…) jeden Moment genossen.
Das Haus liegt wenige Minuten zu Fuß von dem Hafen und dem Zentrum von Greetsiel entfernt. Alle Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso wie auch Bäcker und ein großer EDEKA.
Zwei KFZ-Stellplätze befinden sich vor dem Haus, ein kleiner Garten mit Terrasse und Gartenstühlen und Sonnenschirm ebenfalls. Dazu vorhanden ist ein Elektrogrill. Der Fahrradschuppen war leider schon belegt mit Fahrrädern, so dass unsere mitgebrachten Räder bei Wind und Wetter draußen bleiben mussten-schade!
Das Haus selbst ist für sechs Personen großzügig dimensioniert und modern eingerichtet.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich außer der Küche noch ein Esszimmer und das Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer sowie ein großes Bad mit Whirlpool-Badewanne und Sauna. Im Obergeschoss schließen sich an eine Galerie mit Schreibtisch und Sessel zwei weitere Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres Bad an.
Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, in der Küche fehlt nichts, es gibt ausreichend Geschirr, Gläser Töpfe und vernünftige Messer., alles ist da.
Für Unterhaltung – auch wenn das Wetter längere Zeit schlecht sein sollte- ist gesorgt.
Es gibt eine große Spielesammlung für Spieler aller Altersklassen und eine für ein Ferienhaus umfangreiche (Krimi-)Bibliothek. Wem das noch nicht reicht, für den gibt es ein flottes WLAN und einen großen Fernseher.
Coronabedingt fand keine persönliche Übergabe durch die Hausverwaltung statt. Die Einweisung auch das Auschecken erfolgte telefonisch, der Kontakt zu den Mitarbeiterinnen war sehr nett. Wir haben alles sehr sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden, das geht nicht besser.
Auch der telefonische Kontakt zu der Vermieterin Frau Erdmann im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich und nett.
Kurz zusammengefasst:
Es war im Haus „Strandläufer“ wirklich schön und wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt.

Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und sauber. Es liegt in einer Ferienhauseinheit direkt hinter dem Deich. Über einen Fußweg kann man in 100 m das Ortszentrum mit Hafen erreichen. Sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig gelegen.
Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, wir würden es wieder buchen.
