Oceanfront- on the ridge above Historic He`eia Bay at the end of the Holua slide.
Welcome to Kinohi at He'eia Bay Hale. Comfortable and bright, this house and guest cottage has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the main house and two queen size sofa beds and bathroom in the guest cottage. Back to the kamaaina style hale (house) that offers a private pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, large yard, sits up on the bluff- on the edge of He'eia Bay, the favorite surfing spot of the Ali`i. Very private and quiet, it is a place to relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves.
Nestled between Historic He`eia and Keauhou Bay a short walk to get to the beach and experience the warm waters of Kona. There are options for fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, (we have them for your use at the house!) or booking a Manta Ray dive off Keauhou bay. We have a guidebook full of recommendations for your visit.

This place is pure magic for a family vacation. The house was exactly as it was advertised. The pictures actually don’t do it justice. We soaked up every minute. Nancy is very fast to respond and such a sweet person! Best vacation we have ever taken !

We had an amazing stay. Nancy was very responsive. We loved this beautiful home. We made some wonderful family memories.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. As a group of 11 with five children under the age of 13, the property was well loved and not so precious that we had to watch every move that our children made. The property is very close to a grocery store, which made it very easy as most of our meals were at the house. There is a larege yard for running around and a very large pool which the kids loved. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out and the cottage was an added bonus for the introverts in our family. Nancy was an exceptional host and was quick to respond to our queries. Would highly recommend.

This house and the week we spent there was amazing. The house fit our three families perfectly. The kids loved the pool. The adults enjoyed the patio and evening sunsets. We would highly recommend this rental.
