Excelente ubicación, cerca de lugares para comer, oxxos cercanos, a unos minutos de la UACH. Vías de transporte. Con todo lo necesario para cocinar en casa.
El calentador de paso de la regadera, dura muy poco el agua caliente y es difícil mezclar con el agua fría para nivelar
