A good hotel with a breathtaking view and a very friendly staff, who is ready to help at any moment!!!
The room was a little bit small for a family. And, unfortunately, there was no elevator. Not a big problem, though.

Everything was OK. The location is nearby the sea.
Ksamil is not a cheap town. The sunbeds are pretty expensive and also the food.

Good location. Good breakfast. Nice view from the Balcony.
I encountered a problem with the receptionist, who didn't speak English. Despite using Google Translate, she couldn't understand my request, resulting in an extra night's charge. I had to communicate with booking customer service, the reception, and the manager to waive the fees. After extensive discussions, the manager agreed to offer a discount for the last night.
Also, the rooms were small, and I felt the overall value for money was lacking.
