Nestled in a quiet residential area, this 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large fenced-in yard, and a beautiful front porch complete with a porch swing with a view of Cheyenne Mountain! There are three bedrooms on the main level of the house: 1 king, 2 queens, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The lower level has 2 queen bedrooms. The bathrooms are both located on the main level of the house. Both have full bathtubs with showers. The living room on the main level has a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. Downstairs features a large 50' television with a Blu-ray player and movies to enjoy a movie night when you are all tuckered out from sightseeing. Order in with one of the many delivery apps, or walk to one of the local restaurants to enjoy a hearty Colorado breakfast, lunch, or dinner. If you prefer to prepare your meals at home, cooking is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, cookie sheets, a crockpot, wine glasses, and more. The large dining table and additional barstools seat 11. Coffee pods for your first morning are provided. With over 100 channels, movies, board games, and books to choose from for entertainment, you will be able to relax after a full day of taking in all of the tourist attractions in the Pikes Peak region. The house is great for large groups, including multiple generations of families traveling together, couples with kids who want space of their own, or a group of adults who want to share space but have enough of it to spread out. For added guest safety, wired security cameras monitor the entryways, with one mounted unit in the mudroom that monitors two exterior doors. The home is pet friendly, but guests must clean up after pets. Pets must be approved before booking, and an additional non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet will be requested. I went on a trip to Colorado Springs with 5 friends for a weekend getaway. The house was perfect for us as 4 of us each had our own room and 2 shared a king bed. We loved the big table in the dining room we could all fit at and the outdoor patio where we could have wine and sit by the fire. The house was stocked full of everything you could need while staying there.

We had booked this as a place for our wedding party to stay, and then my new husband joined us after the wedding. We spent the weekend catching up around the fire, playing our Switches, making breakfast together, and getting ready for our wedding! It was perfect for us. Catherine was so, so kind and a great communicater. It was a great side of town as well and perfect for showing our friends the area we grew up in. Stay here when you get the chance! We live on the complete other side of town, but if we ever need to get away and be near the Westside again, we are coming back here! Thank you again Catherine!

We picked this house because of the number of people it slept, it is pet friendly and the location is perfect for the attractions we wanted to see. Nice side yard with privacy fence, BBQ's, propane fire pit and plenty of seating. We sat outside at night enjoying the fire pit and sharing many laughs. Kitchen is well stocked with all necessary items needed. Host was quick to respond to any questions I had. We enjoyed are stay at the Bijou House and would stay there again if in the area.

Had an event to attend within walking distance of this property. We wanted to all be together in the same space, and this one looked ideal. It did not disappoint. We enjoyed our time in Colorado Springs, short tho it was, this location was perfect.

The process from start to finish was so easy. The property is adorable. The pictures that you see doesn’t do it justice. We were visited by a doe and her fawn every day. We plan on visiting every year and hope to be able to rent this property.

This house was very spacious. The host was awesome. If I had a question, she answered promptly. We had adequate supplies such as towels, toiletries and kitchen items. The family room downstairs was great since we had 4 of our grandchildren ages 8 to 1 with us. They loved the toys and books provided.

The location was close to the wedding venue, which was extremely helpful. The space was completely adequate and comfortable for all of us. I was frustrated with the neighbors, feeling unwelcome and like we were being unnecessarily watched.

I can't say enough great things about our stay. The location was great - close to the freeway, stores and attractions. The kitchen was well stocked and let us easily cook at home which is what my son wanted - home cooked food. Communication with the host was super easy and efficient and she went out of her way to make the stay stress free. The outdoor area is relaxing and very pleasant, we used it a lot and loved it. The house is big enough that everyone had plenty of space to rest, play cards, spread out and do anything we wanted to do whether it was together or separately. We would absolutely stay here again.

We were in Colorado for my son's wedding and had several family members staying with us. The house had plenty of room and was clean and well equipped. The outside patio area was great for cooking out and togetherness. Location was great with many attractions within walking distance. Catherine, our host, was great. She checked in with us several times and was a gracious host. Overall, our stay was perfect. Would highly recommend!

This house was great for our small family reunion. We were easily able to fit everyone around the large dining room table and around the picnic tables outside. The grandparents liked having bedrooms they could get to without stairs and the grandkids would hang out and play videogames games downstairs. We also took several walks to shops just a few blocks away. It was overall a really nice and comfortable home.

Having two full bathrooms made getting an early start each day a breeze. The house was spacious with 5 beds (4 queen, 1king). There were several areas in the yard to relax and lots of space for parking. Close to many good restaurants and most importantly great access to the Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak.

We had a wonderful time at the Bijou House. We were in Colorado Springs for one week to celebrate our son's wedding. The house was clean and convenient. We enjoyed having 5 bedrooms, a large dining room and kitchen with everything you need to make meals. Some nights we had 12 people in the house. We also enjoyed the fenced in backyard with a propane fire pit, and barbecue grills. Overall, staying there allowed for some wonderful memories with the family.

My family of 5 stayed here while attending a family friend’s wedding! The accommodations were great! The house was definitely large enough to handle us all including our 11 lb fur baby! The house was totally filled with any essentials that you may need! From seasonings to every utensil in the kitchen! There was plenty of room that we all had our own space! Katherine our host was awesome! Every question that we had was answered very quickly! Will definitely consider renting this property again!
