About this apartment rental
Very spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bath 3rd floor condo it has air conditioner in the common area and master bedroom brand new construction never lived in it is located about a 3 minute drive to the beach ( Playa La Caleta )or a 15 min walk and 5 min drive to town center, 5-10 min drive to Casa de Campo, about 1 hour from Santo Domingo ( the Capital) 25 min to Bayahibe beach, and 40 mins to Punta Cana, the apartment itself is very bright and airy and in a quiet neighborhood.
The place also has 24 hour surveillance , it also has a rooftop with a common area for entertaining and grilling with a bathroom and a great view of the city, it must be reserved 2 weeks in advance if needed for a party.

Leider liegt die FeWo in einem Viertel mit vielen Hunden, Hähnen und der Zuckerrohrfabrik im Osten. Mit Oropax klappt der Schlaf. Carlos stand für jede Frage zur Verfügung und unterstütze wo er konnte. Einkaufsladen direkt um die Ecke. Bei Stromausfall überbrücken Batterien die Zeit des Ausfalles.
Bei der Buchung kommen noch Gebühren und eine Kautions-Versicherung zum Tagespreis. Die "kleine" Kautionszahlung wurde anstandslos nach der Abreise zurücküberwiesen. Alles gut.
