We have rented this property before. Really like the new paint in the master and main living space. Enjoy the condos location right next to the sidewalk to the beach. Very convenient.

This was a perfect fit for our foursome. We didn't do any cooking this trip, so I can't comment on the kitchen supplies, but from what we observed, it looked well stocked. We were thrilled with the size of the patio, and our view of the ocean. Being a corner unit, access was ideal, and more secluded. We enjoyed one of the free activities, which was a nice touch. This entire complex is well taken care of. Even had a spot to wash the sand/salt off the car before we left. We couldn't have asked for more.

Summer Haven is a great location in September with a wide beach (+/- 500 ft wide at low tide), warm ocean temps & good facility. The 3 bed 2 bath first floor condo could use a new screen door, a refresh on the bedding & couch...the ocean front view was great & close access to the beach was what we were looking for.

This property was BEAUTIFUL! The pictures do not do it justice. The condo was clean and well stocked with basic necessities. The beds were comfortable. Direct access to the beach and pool. Very relaxing and not crowded. The ground floor condo made it easy to get the kids and all of our supplies to the pool and beach and back without having to go up and down stairs or wait for an elevator. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will definitely be back in the future.

Needs some TLC

What a beautiful condo and excellent facility at Sea Haven. Stan the maintenance man is worth his weight in gold. He and Casey in the office are very responsive to concerns and are friendly and prompt with help. Unfortunately unit 118 seems to be neglected and has not been cleaned thoroughly in a very long time. I spent our first couple of days there scrubbing the kitchen and bathroom floors. I also cleaned the walls and the vent in the second bathroom as well as both showers which did not seem to have been "cleaned" in quite some time. The kitchen was pretty well stocked but the cupboard doors all needed to be wiped down because of things that had been spilled. I mentioned to Stan and Casey that the washing machine needs to be leveled because it moves around pretty good when spinning and it can't be good for it. All in all with a serious cleaning and a few updates the unit could be one of the nicest ones at Sea Haven. Of course we look forward to returning next April and hope that 118 will have had a complete cleaning before then.

We had a wonderful two weeks at Sea Haven. Enjoyed staying in this unit and plan to be back next year. We have been staying at Sea Haven for almost 20 years now and never consider any where else.
