About this condo rental
Situated in Villach, this attractive condo for $141 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The apartment with about 130 square meters is located in an old villa that has been in the family for more than 100 years. The house was completely renovated in 2001 and offers central heating, satellite TV and free WiFi. You live alone during your stay. The apartment is located on the 1st and 2nd Floor, there is no elevator. The rooms are stylishly furnished, the spacious living / dining room and one bedroom each have a balcony with 13 sqm, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, hand mixer, toaster etc. If you feel like cooking, you can use a full range of equipment including spices, vinegar and oil. If you are traveling with small children, we have a high chair and a travel cot ready for you. An extensive library is available for bookworms. Towels and bed linen are provided in full. The towels are changed after a week. You can use the washing machine for small laundry in between. In the spacious garden, deck chairs invite you to relax. If you have small children, a climbing frame with a swing may inspire you. You also have free access to the "Christa Bad" lido, which can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Here you can rent an electric or rowing boat. The water temperature is very pleasant all summer. In a short distance there is the possibility of water skiing, tennis and horse riding, as is a sailing school on site. With the Ossiachersee-Schifffahrt you experience a new view of the surroundings. Around the Ossiacher See you will find a variety of destinations for hikes and bike tours, guides and maps are available for you in the house. You can enjoy magnificent views from the Gerlitzen Alpe, which you can also easily reach with the Kanzelbahn (10-minute walk). The summit is also a popular starting point for paragliders. Other nearby destinations are e.g. B. the castle ruin Landskron with a large bird of prey show and the Affenberg, where you move in the midst of Japanese macaques. There are also interesting destinations for children, such as Elli Riehl`s doll world or the Alpen Wildpark Feld am See. In bad weather, the Terra Mystika show mine in Bad Bleiberg could be interesting. The region also has a lot to offer culturally. B. the collegiate church in Ossiach, the center of the city of Villach, the Hochosterwitz castle or the Gurk cathedral. The Carinthian Summer events are of international renown. And if you have already seen everything, destinations on the Adriatic such as Trieste, Grado or Venice and also Slovenia with its impressive mountains of the Julian Alps can be reached in a manageable amount of time. Finally, one last sentence: You spend your vacation in a historic house with a very personal atmosphere, in which a floor board may creak, but which also offers all modern amenities.

Wunderschön-das Haus, die Lage, die Umgebung
Alles hat reibubgslos geklappt. In diesem wunderschönen, alten Haus findet man alles vor, was man braucht.
Die Lage obergalb des Ossiacher See ist von den Balkonen und dem wunderbaren Garten aus toll. Der Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein. Alles was es dazu als Utensilien braucht ist vorhanden.
Wir haben es genossen und würden wiederkommen.

Wirklich traumhafter Blick, nette Wohnung
Check-in und Kommunikation alles top. Etwas seltsames Layout der Küche. Panoramablick von der oberen Terrasse einfach phantastisch für Frühstück bis spät Abends. Die Betten sind leider eng, unbequem, und nicht für Paare gedacht. Schade. Internet war völlig unvorhersehbar, Mal gut, mal schlecht--man muss immer wieder einen neuen Platz finden. Das sind die einzigen zwei Punkte die wir bemängeln können. Ansonsten alles AAA+.

Die Ferienwohnung am Ossiacher See ist ein Traum. Wunderbar restauriertes Bauernhaus, geräumig, hell, top ausgestattet und mit einzigartigem Blick über den See.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes riesiges Ferienhaus in Top-Lage
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen Teil von Treffen. Man kann direkt von dort aus Wanderungen oder Radtouren unternehmen oder das Freibad nutzen. Die Landschaft ist herrlich mit den Bergen und Seen. Vom großen Balkon aus hatten wir einen super Blick in die Berglandschaft und den See. Es gibt mehrere große Balkone und große Zimmer. Das Haus selbst ist über hundert Jahre alt mit schönen alten Holzbalkendecken und Holztreppen. Die Zimmer sind rustikal eingerichtet mit passenden alten Möbeln und Bildern. Die Bäder und die Küchen sind eher modern gehalten und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Es gibt noch einen riesigen Garten mit Obstbäumen und einer großen Wiese. Alles in allem ein super Haus was wir gern weiterempfehlen können.

Sehr gute Lage mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf den See. Das Haus ist über 150 Jahre alt und zu einem großen Teil aus Holz gebaut mit entsprechendem Charme, aber bestens ausgestattet mit modernen Küchen und Badezimmern. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub.

Traumhaft schön
Alleine der Ausblick ist es wert in diesem Juwel Urlaub zu machen. Der Ossiacher See, die Burgruine Landskron und dahinter der Mittagskogel.. das Strandbad Christa ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, mit Kinderwagen und Kleinkind haben wir es jedoch mit dem Auto gemacht. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar und und unterstützen sehr schnell und hilfsbereit.

Sehr gemütlich, eine wohltuende Abwechlung zu den üblichen Ferienwohnungen. Wenige Schritte zum Strandbad.
Verkehr (Bahn und Straße) ist hörbar, aber nie wirklich störend. Gerne auch ein weiteres Mal !

Tolles Haus mit herrlichem Balkon und Blick
Wir hatten einen tollen und sehr erholsamen Urlaub in einem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus. Wir saßen gerne auf dem Balkon und haben den Seeblick und die Gleitschirmflieger beobachtet, wie sie vom Gerlitzen über den See flogen. Bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Strandbad mit freiem Eintritt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Prima auch, dass es zu Fuß in 10 min zu erreichen ist. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Wunderschönes Haus mit überwältigem See- und Bergblick.
Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön oberhalb des Ossiacher Sees gelegen mit Blick auf die Tauern und die Burg Landskron. Leider konnten wir nur 6 Tage hier verbringen, was leider nicht ausreichte, die umfangreiche Bibliothek zu lesen. Unser Hund hat die große Wiese und den angrenzenden Wald sehr genossen. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Das Bett bzw. die Matratzen könnten erneuert werden.

Sehr private Atmosphäre
Wer die Ungestörtheit in einer liebevoll eingerichteten Umgebung sucht hat sie hier gefunden. Nichts fehlt, alles ist tipp topp. Und am Abend auf der Veranda, Blick über den See, ein Glas Wein dabei - echt schön.
Bücher können zuhause bleiben. Die Bibliothek ist umfassend.
Hotelrestaurant bzw. Campingwirt in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Außerdem ein guter Ausgangspunkt für gleich mehrere Seen.

Prachtig huis op een schitterende locatie!
Wij hebben genoten van een week in dit prachtige huis met een schitterend uitzicht op de Ossiacherzee. Het huis ademt veel sfeer en voelt erg huiselijk aan, ook door de persoonlijke spullen in het huis waaronder ontzettend veel boeken!! . Wij huurden de bovenste twee verdiepingen en dat was erg ruim. Alles was aanwezig. Wij hebben alleen maar op het bovenste balkon gezeten maar je kon ook in de prachtige tuin zitten. Alles is op loopafstand. De kabelbaan naar de Gerlitzen, mogelijkheid om te paragliden(een aanrader!) de Ossiachersee, wandel en fietsroutes, fietsverhuur. De Lidl en Hofer zijn vlakbij en in de buurt zijn genoeg restaurantjes om lekker te eten. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug in dit prachtige huis en in deze geweldig mooie omgeving. Fam. Bolding

für uns war es ein toller Urlaub.Es war genauso wie wir es uns Ausgemalt hatten.Eine tolle Aussicht,Klasse gelegen,mit vielen Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen.Einen kleinen Hinweis hätten wir aber,für eine Woche wäre die doppelte Anzahl an Handtüchern echt toll,oder der Zugang zu einer Waschmaschine.Danke für einen Tollen Urlaub.

Das Haus ist toll, sehr viel Platz, aber am beeindruckendsten ist der riesengrosse

Wir hatten unsere absolute Ruhe. Von jedem Stockwerk aus ist der See zu sehen.
Das Strandbad Christa ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Dort hat uns die familiäre
Atmosphäre sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden mit
Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Wir waren zu dritt angereist und fühlten uns sofort wohl.Vom obersten Balkon hat man einen hervorragenden Blick auf den See, die Burg und die Berge.Hier wäre ich gerne länger als eine Woche geblieben.Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft und es ist alles vorhanden für einen erholsamen ungestörten Urlaub.

Es handelt sich wie beschrieben um ein historisches Haus mit dem entsprechenden Charm. Die geschützte Terasse lädt jederzeit zu einem Outdoor Café ein 😊. Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Anwesen. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.
