die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre Lage. Dimitri ist außerdem sehr hilfsbereit und genau im gewissen und richtigen Maße präsent. Nicht aufdringlich und trotzdem dafür fragen. Die Wohnung hat alles nötige, was es braucht, die Dusche ist zwar etwas klein, aber es ist sehr sauber.
Der Abfluss in der Dusche ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Hier muss man aufpassen, dass das Bad nicht überläuft.

The location is ideal, a few metres from the beach, close to the restaurants, local supermarket and boat hire. We loved the hospitality of the owners, Dimitris and Lily, they were always around and very helpful and caring. The house is clean and cleaned often and it has all the appliances needed for cooking a quick meal. We appreciated the extra beach toys to borrow for our little one. And all the apartments have a balcony with the sea view. We loved our stay and would definitely like to return!
The only weakness is noise caused by the other guests. There are mostly families and couples staying, kind people, but everyone keeps the windows open at night and we could hear every word and laughter of our neighbours in all directions while we are early sleepers. The earplugs are must if you are noise sensitive or closing the windows and sleeping under A/C. This isnt a fault of the owners. It is a lottery what neighbours you get.

Location. In a very quiet place just 2 min from a nice beach with possibility of hiring water sports, and close to the road up to the beautiful village Afiona, where one can even walk up 20 min (we went with our 3 and 5 years old kids), 7-10 min to a local supermarket, many taverns. A nice terrace, where one can have breakfast. Our children could play nicely nearby, while adults preparing a dinner. There were plenty of towels, changed every 4 days.
The facilities need renovation: all is clean, but oldish, especially shower - it's a flood every time when one takes shower. There is no nice place to eat inside, if at the outside terrace is not possible because of the weather: the apartment has two bedrooms and some corridor space next to the kitchen without windows...
