About this house rental
Situated in Scharendijke, this attractive house for $168 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Cosy holiday home in Zeeland Village Park in Scharendijke for rent. The detached, fenced house is located in a cul de sac and is very quiet. On the two terraces of the house you can spend the day soaking up the sun. The house, with its 95 square meters space for 4-6 persons. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with two beds, one of which is a bunk bed. On the same floor is a large bright bathroom with tub and toilet. The second bathroom is located downstairs. In this bathroom is the sauna with space for 2 people and a shower. Additionally, there is a newly renovated guest toilet on the ground floor. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an induction hob, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker. A large refrigerator with freezer, a highchair, a cart and a washing machine are also available. The large bed in the lounge invites you to linger for a nice day at the beach. There are books for our guests, a music system and DVDs that can be watched on the large flat screen TV. Of course Dutch and German television programs. Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel is also available free of charge. Next to the park there is a supermarket. In the park there is a small indoor pool and a tennis court (surcharge), and some small playgrounds. Bicycles can be rent in the main building of the park or in the adjacent site. The holiday park is located just 300 meters from Grevelingenmeer and marina of Scharendijke. Distance from the house to the North Sea beach are 2. 5 km, which can be easily covered on foot or by bicycle through the harbor of Scharendijke and along the dike. By car you can park for free at Browersdam and enjoy the kilometer-long North Sea beach. Things to Do in the vicinity: The Grevelingenmeer is by its clear water, a popular dive site and windsurfers put it on. At the North Sea beach you can kite surfing, beach-buggy or fly kites. In Renesse there is a horse farm, where you can rent horses or insinuate his own horse. The very close town Browershaven is very charming and has in the center a small harbor. The nearest large town of Zierikzee is only 15 kilometers away. The most famous and widely visible towards building is the cathedral tower, there is in the city's many old houses from the 16/17 century. Arrival and departure days are Friday and Monday respectively, by appointment other days are possible. From 15:00 clock - 10:00 clock Departure before Pets are allowed on request. The cost for final cleaning amounts to 50 € more 10 € per dog (in addition to the rental price). Bed linen, towels and dish towels. Alternatively, you can use our linen service: € -8 for bedding - € 10 for bed linen and towels - € 12.50 for reared Bed linen and towels (all prices are per person) Deposit € 100, costs for final cleaning and possibly for bed linen have to be paid on arrival on site in cash. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the keys on departure. The prices all utilities are included.

Sehr ruhige Lage.
Haus war ordentlich eingerichtet.
Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack zu weich - aber das ist sehr subjektiv.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub
3 Freunde sind zusammen nach Scharendijke gefahren.
Das Haus ist super aufgeteilt, 3 Schlafzimmer im 1.OG vorhanden.
Großers Erdgeschoss inklusive kleiner Sauna (nicht genutzt).
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, ein Backofen ist leider nicht vorhanden.
Garten sehr schön mit angrenzendem Wassergraben. In der Garage steht viel bereit (Bollerwagen, Grill, etc.).
Das Haus ist hellhörig, liegt aber an der grundsätzlichen Bauweise dieser Art von Häusern.
Neben dem Park ist ein großer Lebensmittelladen, der Jachthafen liegt 5 Minuten vom Park weg, zur "Innenstadt" ca. 1,5 Kilometer mit 4 Restaurants und Fahrradverleih (zu empfehlen),mit dem Rad dann ca. 10 Minuten zum Strand.
Ich würde definitiv wieder buchen.

Das fragte sich unser Vater/Schwiegervater, als wir zu seinem 95. Geburtstag plötzlich vor der Türe standen. Durch das gemietete Haus konnten wir ein paar schöne Tage verbringen.

Aufenthalt mit Hund
Alles in allem ein schönes Haus, in einem ruhigen Park und toll gelegen. Hunde sind wirklich überall und herzlich willkommen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht, von der Strandmuscheln, über einen Grill bis hin zu Strandspielzeug, Badminton, Rädern und einem Bollerwagen. An der Sauberkeit der Bäder und den Betten kann jedoch noch gearbeitet werden.

Tolles Haus in edylischer Anlage! Wir kommen wieder :)
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus in Scharendijk. Für uns besonders wichtig war der große eingezäunte Garten (Hundebesitzer)! Dieser ist auch wirklich vollumfanglich eingezäunt sodass man den Hund auch ohne Bedenken laufen lassen kann. Obacht ist nur geboten wenn die Häschen, welche in der Anlage häufig anzutreffen sind dem Garten einen Besuch abstatten. Zumindest wenn der Hund einen gewissen Jagstrieb inne hat! Ansonsten ist im Haus alles vorhanden was man braucht (außer ein Backofen evt.). Direkt neben der Anlage ist ein Plus Supermarkt
, der sehr gut ausgestattet ist. RENESSE ist ca. 10Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wer direkt in schrandijk ausgehen will dem empfehlen wir das Lokal „salut!“

Heel fijn huis, compleet ingericht en schoon bij aankomst. Superfijne omheinde tuin engerling dat er een sauna is. Bedden een beetje hard. We komen graag nog een keer terug

Gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Lage
Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in diesem wirklich schönen Park. Das Haus ist für Hundebesitzer ideal! Es gab im Haus alles was man benötigt, um sich wohlzufühlen. Besonders die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren sehr Rücken freundlich und sorgten für einen angenehmen Schlaf. Das Schlafzimmer war neu eingerichtet. Nur die Sauberkeit von Bad und Schlafzimmer ließ ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Wir mussten nach Ankunft erst einmal staubsaugen und staubwischen. Auch Gläser mussten wir zunächst spülen, weil sie nicht sauber aus dem Schrank kamen. Gartenmöbel haben wir auch vor Erstbenutzung gereinigt. Dies haben wir bei dem im Verhältnis stolzen Reinigungspreis und der im Ton und Auftreten unsympathischen Hausverwaltung etwas unpassend empfunden. Dennoch können wir das gemütliche Haus in guter und ruhiger Lage (Sackgasse) sehr empfehlen.

Alles wie beschrieben, Super!
Das Haus ist, wie beschrieben, gut ausgestattet und liegt in einem Ferienpark mit kleinen Wasserläufe, Enten und Häschen. Der Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Alles wirklich schön und zentral gelegen. Wir konnten uns in dem schönen und geräumigen Ferienhaus gut entspannen und den Urlaub genießen. Danke!!!

Kurztrip zur See
Wir hatten schöne Tage in Scharendijk. Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich und voll ausgestattet. So sind neben Liegen, auch Fahrräder und natürlich alle Küchenartikel vorhanden. Den nicht vorhanden Backofen haben wir in den wenigen Tagen nicht vermisst.

Schön gelegenes und gut ausgestattetes Feriebhaus
Uns hat es gut gefallen, das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sauber, der Park ist ruhig. In der näheren Umgebung kann man sehr schön Fahrrad fahren, auch der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen.

Es war für uns eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Haus. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Hund Sam liebte die grossen Fenster und hatte alles im Blick. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig eingerichtet. Die Sauna ist in den WIntermonaten super. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis passt sehr gut. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und kommen gerne mal wieder.

Toller Familienurlaub
Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich. die Küche mit Induktionsherd hatte das nötige Equipment, um sich zu versorgen. Es gab genug Geschirr und Besteck, um die Spülmaschine zu nutzen. Deutschspachiges Fernsehen konnte man sehen. Es gab ein Babybett und Steckdosensicherungen. Die Heizung funktioniere gut und schnell. ein besonderes Highlight war die vorhandene Sauna. Sie war zwar etwas klein, man konnte aber zu zweit drin sitzen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Das gesamte Verwaltungspersonal spricht deutsch.
Um die Ecke konnte man einkaufen und essen gehen.
Besonders hat uns das Örtchen Zierikzee gefallen. Die Fahrt dort hin hat knappe 20 Minuten gedauert. Die alte Stadt mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, tollen Cafés und charmanten Boutiquen hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir zwei Tage brauchen, um sie zu erkunden.

Gemütliches Haus mit Schönheitsfehlern
Wir haben 10 tolle Tage im Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, einzig ein Backofen hat ein bisschen gefehlt. Schade war aber, dass die Bäder sehr schmutzig waren, und die Vormieter das Geschirr zum großen Teil sehr schmutzig in die Schränke gestellt hatten, und wir es zuerst spülen mussten, bevor wir es benutzen konnten. Nachdem wir zumindest Waschbecken und Toiletten gereinigt hatten, konnten wir uns auch wohlfühlen. Wenn auf die Sauberkeit geachtet wird, kommen wir nächstes jahr gerne wieder.
