About this house rental
Not far from a beautiful beach lies this very spacious wooden holiday home. It is tastefully decorated and also offers plenty of space for 2 families. The beautiful, large, well furnished living room has a fireplace. The practically equipped house has two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool for 4 people and a sauna. The house also has a nice 15 m² swimming pool to keep you fit. From the living room you can reach the large southwest terrace, which is surrounded by the house on three sides. Here you can enjoy the sun undisturbed and watch the children playing on the property. The house has a good location near the recreational facilities of Marielyst.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Sauberkeit des Ferienhauses lies jedoch zu wünschen übrig. Überall waren Spinnen und Spinnweben, welche nicht erst seit 1 Woche dort hingen. Das Geschirr musste erst einmal komplett durch den Spüler geschoben werden, damit man es nutzen konnte . Die Töpfe und Pfannen im Schrank waren mit Spinnweben und Schmutz versehen, was nicht sehr appetitlich war. Leider war die eine Tür der Dusche im Pool Bereich defekt, sodass sich diese immer wieder ausgehangen hat. Die Rollos in den Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer waren ebenfalls teilweise defekt und könnten daher nicht genutzt werden. Trotz den Kritikpunkten hatte das Haus eine tolle Lage in Marielyst, sodass man schnell in der Stadt, beim Einkaufen oder am Strand war. Unser Neffe konnte sich zudem komplett ohne Beaufsichtigung auf dem Geundstück beschäftigen, da dieses eingezäunt und mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten versehen war. Die Gartenmöbel müssten ebenfalls mal wieder gründlich geputzt und die Polster gereinigt werden, gleiches gilt für die Betten und Bettauflagen.
Da wir bereits wesentlich schlimmere Aufenthalte in Dänemark hatten, haben wir uns trotz der nicht vorhandenen Sauberkeit einen schönen Familienurlaub gemacht und den 30 Geburtstag meines Bruders gebührend gefeiert. Jedoch würden wir das Haus nur nochmal buchen, wenn es einmal grundgereinigt und die Schäden behoben werden würden.
