The location is excellent - literally a 5 minute stroll to the main area of Byron Bay. Spacious and comfortable. The 2 main bedrooms downstairs with ensuites worked well for us; with 2 bedrooms, main bathroom; additional lounge area and study upstairs. Another separate toilet near laundry downstairs. Great private pool area too.
Dishwasher didn't seem to work. Constant flushing-like noise through the house downstairs at night on the first 2 nights - no idea what it was; hosts didn't know either.

Everything! Great layout, very well equipped, easy to entertain, cook for the family. Everyone had their own space. 2 master bedrooms with ensuites plus upstairs bathroom and further 2 bedrooms. Could be perfect for 2 families total 8 pax. The pool was a bonus! Location was superb
