The apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building, there is a receptionist waiting at the entrance who will either wait for you or not let you in. The key handover was a bit chaotic, but the host communicated and everything was resolved within 20 minutes.
It is one room with a kitchenette and a separate bathroom. The view is of the block. The equipment was fine - comfortable bed, cable TV, sofa, the kitchen was well equipped (fridge, stove, capsule coffee maker, a few teas, coffee and sugar). I would have appreciated if the kitchen was equipped with pepper, sugar or salt. But it was not a problem for me, I brought my own.
The bathroom was fine - just the shower - after closing and running the shower, the water flows all over the bathroom.
There was also a washing machine in the bathroom with one washing capsule - I recommend keeping an eye on the washing machine - it travels around the bathroom when it spins :).
For me it was a very good accommodation - first of all 10 minutes slow walk from the train/bus station itself. Perfect. About 10 seconds from the Fish Market and the view of the Ferris wheel and the water, in 10 minutes very slow walk you are in the center of the Amber Alley :).
It's not that I didn't like it, but it's an apartment building and during my week there were many neighbors - so sometimes there was also noise from the common yard, the highlight was a group of young-adults who didn't care about the quiet hours (mainly after 10 pm) - (but the neighbor firmly tamed them with her native language and it was quiet :)

la situació inmillorable, al costat de tot pero sense el soroll del centre. L apartament molt net i amb tot lo necessari per estar 4 dies, rentaplats amb pastilles, rentadora, etc.
vem tenir alguns problemes per trobar-ho pk hi ha dos edificis de la mateixa empresa i ens van indicar malament, o no ho vam entendre. Pero al estar al costat no va ser un drama.

Buona posizione centrale, a due passi dal centro cittadino e in una zona tranquilla la notte.
Accoglienza inesistente, il personale non parla minimamente inglese. Prenotata una camera tripla e il terzo letto è risultato essere un divano, per giunta sporco e scomodo, che si apriva. Non siamo stati informati di ciò, ed essendo arrivati oltre mezzanotte abbiamo dovuto dormire in 3 nel letto matrimoniale. Per giunta la stanza era sporca, con capelli e guanti delle pulizie lasciati in giro.
