The 10-bed dorm is spacious, has a sitting area, has access to the patio. The kitchen and 2 toilets/showers for the 10-bed dorm are bigger and nicer than those for the 8-bed dorm. It's quieter and cheaper than hostels in the center.
It's a 10-15 minute walk to the center. Not bad, really. Ladders on bunk-beds are not good.

The owner is very nice and helpful.
The room wasn't cleaned before i showed up. Half drank cocoa cola bottle, dirty towel hanging in the closet, stuff under and behind the bed. Like very apparent things.
