Our new villa in the beautiful central Limburg, only 10 km from the beautiful city of Roermond you could rent. Here for you is the chance for a wonderful week, weekend or midweek offer in the beautiful Limburg. A beautiful villa in Limburgse style with thatched roof. The yard is completely separated and located on the edge of the park Buitenhof de Leistert in Roggel on a plot of 425 m2 and garden next to a beautiful nature reserve (Dassenburcht) followed by a large forest. So beautiful views and lots of privacy! The house is suitable for 6 persons. On the ground floor are living room, kitchen, hall, toilet and storage room. The living room leads on the veranda in the garden with luxurious garden furniture. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with spa bath and Finnish sauna. Our property is unique! As the sole owner of the park, we do not have the standard, but an atmospheric Riviera Maison style and are equipped with all amenities, the carefree and fully equipped holiday! So many extras and what all can be found in the home? In this brave new house you will find many extras that make your vacation more enjoyable! The accommodation features: -A stylish, luxurious and complete facility in rural Riviera Maison style so you can spend your holiday in a pleasant atmosphere; -A new kitchen with Bosch appliances like a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven and microwave; -A new bathroom with luxury sink, a toilet, a radiator and a whirlpool tub; -Finnische Sauna for 6 persons (not infrared); -Luxury Box-spring beds with pillow-top mattress; -an additional TV in the bedroom; -Access To wireless Internet free (on the PlayStation) and refund your Internet-card for your own Laptop / Tablet (more info 's on the price list). -a PlayStation 3 games console with various (5) and a wireless keyboard; -a color TV, DVD player and CD stereo with iPod docking station, with of course a list (children) DVDs, books and games; -Children Package, eg. This 3 bedroomed house was in a quiet area of the Park, no problems with noisy neighbours. House had everything we needed apart from AC. It was 31 degrees whilst we were there, which we didn't expect, and we were a little uncomfortable. This is not a complaint about the house though. Overall we had a lovely holiday

Wohlfühlt Oase
Das Haus ist super schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Garten lässt keine Wünsche offen, sehr groß und gepflegt. Würden auf jeden Fall noch einmal dort buchen.

Und hat das Ferienhaus mit seiner Einrichtung und dem schönen Garten sehr gefallen.

De vakantiewoning ligt op een mooie locatie, aan de rand van het park en met een paar stappen sta je in het bos.
Sauna is heerlijk maar wel wat klein. Tuin heel groot en mooi om te verblijven. Jammer dat de bank in de kamer best al doorgezakt is, maar met wat kussens opvullen ging goed. Eettafel heerlijk groot, maar bijna de hele week buiten kunnen eten. We hebben genoten van het aandelenindex de prachtige omgeving.

het park was te steriel (bijna geen natuur te vinden); dat zou verholpen kunnen worden met plaatsen van vogelhuisjes en insectenhotels. Ook het opleuken van tuinen met meer struiken en bloemen zou kunnen helpen. Het huisje was niet echt schoon bij aankomst, bijvoorbeeld de slaapkamers. We hebben heel erg genoten van de inpandige sauna.

Nette woning op een leuk park
De woning is mooi gelegen aan de rand van het bos. Heeft een mooie diepe achtertuin. De boven verdieping is praktisch ingericht waardoor het voldoende ruimte bied. Beneden is ruim het is alleen wat donker, dat komt deels door weinig licht inval, maar ook is de inrichting erg donker met zware meubelen. Het park is zeer ruim ingericht met veel speel vertier voor de kinderen, ondanks de Corona was er een dagenlijks aanbod van activiteiten. Wij hebben een prima verblijf gehad!

Wir haben 4 Tagen das Haus und den Park sehr genossen.
Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und die Küche sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmern sind klein, aber vollkommen ausreichen, da man in den nur schäft und sonst ständig draußen ist.
Ich würde sehr gerne wieder dahin fahren.

Gelegen in een mooie omgeving met tal van mogelijkheden om te genieten van een boswandeling.
Vakantiewoning was niet goed schoongemaakt, onderhoud ( schilderwerk ) valt behoorlijk tegen.Zitvoorziening is redelijk.Bedden liggen redelijk. Ontbreken van een aparte douche voorziening.

Schönes Haus für die ganze Familie
Das Haus entspricht in allem der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns dort als Familie richtig wohl gefühlt. Annehmlichkeiten wie Fußbodenheizung, Sauna und eine Whirlwanne ermöglichen auch einen schönen Urlaub im Winter. Der Park drum herum ist richtig schön, viele Angebote für Kinder, von denen besonders das subtropische Schwimmbad positiv überrascht hat. Das ist recht groß, bietet für alle etwas und ist im Preis inbegriffen. Wir kommen sicher wieder - vielen Dank!

Geweldige tijd gehad in een heerlijke villa dichtbij het bos
Als je op zoek bent naar pure ontspanning, dan is dit de juiste plek. Wij waren hier natuurlijk niet in het hoogseizoen (kan niet zeggen hoe het dan is, al denk ik dat het nog steeds heerlijk is, want het is een mooi opgezet park), maar wat hebben wij genoten zeg! Het huis is heerlijk ruim met comfortabel meubilair en een zeer compleet keukengerei en een fijne badkamer met bad en sauna. Het bos is op twee minuten loopafstand en als je daar na uren wandelen een keer op uitgekeken raakt, dan kun je altijd nog naar het nabij gelegen Leudal, waar je nog meer prachtige wandelingen kunt maken. Het verblijf was ook super schoon en de eigenaren zijn zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Er zitten leuke restaurants in de buurt en het is een prachtige omgeving om uitstapjes te maken. Fietsen, wandelen, activiteiten - voor ieder wat wils. Ook voor kinderen is er heel veel te doen op het park. Wij zijn maar met z'n tweetjes, en als stel hebben we volop genoten en zijn helemaal tot rust gekomen.
PS: Voor diegenen die internet op hun laptop en telefoon willen, dit kost iets extra, je kunt een code bij de receptie halen.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub in Holland
Das schöne Ferienhaus liegt mitten im Buitenhof DeLeistert mit vielen tollen Spielplätzen und Bewegungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder und Erwachsene. Die Restaurants sind sehr teuer, der Supermarkt und die Fast Food Restaurants sind allerdings preislich sehr fair, der Supermarkt ist gut sortiert.
Das Haus liegt extrem ruhig am Waldrand und bietet viel Komfort. Besonders die Sauna im Bad (1. OG ) lädt zum Entspannen und Aufwärmen ein.
Es gibt zwei Kaffeemaschinen (eine Senseo- und eine Filtermaschine), aber leider keinen Toaster (das einzige, was wir vermisst haben). Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Im Winter konnten wir leider den tollen Außenbereich (die Gartenmöbel sehen sehr gemütlich aus) nicht nutzen...
In der näheren Umgebung sollte man auf jeden Fall das weiße Städtchen Thorn besuchen und den Nationalpark De Groote Peel. Dort gibt es wunderschöne Spazierwege für jede Jahreszeit. Shoppingfreunde sollten natürlich unbedingt ins Outlet Center nach Roermond - dort gibt es wirklich alles!

Wir waren leider nur vier Nächte in diesem tollem Haus, auf einer wunderschönen Parkanlage. Das Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich und sauber, die Sauna sorgt für Entspannung und der Garten ist einfach toll! Das war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Besuch dort!

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es gab absolut nichts am Haus zu bemängeln. Man muss nur wissen, dass das WLAN extra kostet. Wir haben für 3 Tage 15€ gezahlt.

Wundervolles Ferienhaus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und absolut sauber!
Wunderschön eingerichtet mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail, absolut zum Wohl fühlen und entspannen geeignet, sehr sauber und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, so dass keine Wünsche übrig blieben. Wir haben uns in den zehn Tagen sehr erholt, haben wunderschöne Spaziergänge in den angrenzenden Wald unternommen und kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank !

Haus zum wohlfühlen!
Sehr gemütliches Haus in sehr großem Ferienpark. Das Haus liegt am Rande des Parks und ist daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Zu dieser Jahreszeit war der Park gut besucht aber nicht überfüllt. Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut für 6 Personen, jedoch max 4 Erwachsene, da das dritte Zimmer sehr klein ist. Die Einrichtung ist super und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause! Danke für den tollen Besuch.
In einer kleineren Gruppe oder mit der Familie würden wir außerhalb der Hauptsession immer wieder gerne in das Haus zurück kommen.

Wunderschönes, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus
Wir waren innerhalb kurzer Zeit zweimal in diesem schönen Haus. Wie erwartet, war alles wieder perfekt und sauber! Die Angaben und Bilder im Inserat stimmen genau.
Wir waren zur Karnevalszeit dort, und obwohl der Park gut gebucht war, war es angenehm ruhig in der Anlage. Einkaufsmögllichkeiten gibt es in Roggel, dem nächsten Dorf, 5 Minuten entfernt oder etwas größer mit mehreren Supermärkten in Heythusen. Man kann in der Umgebung viel unternehmen, Fahrradfahren, wandern oder besichtigen.

Wir sind sehr Zufrieden.
Das Licht im Wohnzimmer könnte etwas besser sein. Das ist manchmal etwas störend, wenn man Gesellschaftsspiele spielt.
Aber dennoch - wir sind immer rundum zufrieden- das dritte mal in Folge
