About this villa rental
Situated in Okrug Gornji, this charming villa for $670 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. The house, Rokova kuca (Rokos house), is located on the seafront on the Ciovo peninsula, 1.5 km from Trogir and 5 km from Split International Airport. This luxury villa has 4 stars, was renovated in 2014 with the best building materials and offers a comfortable ambience for 12 people (+2 children) in 6 double rooms on two floors. The floors are equipped the same. There is a large living room, an open kitchen and three tastefully furnished double bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer, etc. All rooms are equipped with double beds in the size of 200 x 160 cm. The bright living-dining area leads to the large terrace with sea view (approx. 60 m²). Each floor also has a laundry room with a washing machine, toilet and sink. The living room is equipped with comfortable upholstered furniture, LED TV / SAT, hi-fi stereo amplifier with an integrated Bluetooth interface and WiFi. In the kitchen there is an oven, a stove, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, ice maker, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator + freezer, as well as high-quality cutlery, tea towels and cooking accessories. Each floor has a separate entrance via an external staircase. Internet is available throughout the holiday home (WLAN). The outdoor area offers a terrace with grill, children's playground with slide, table football, electronic dart board and a pool of approx. 24 m². Mediterranean plants such as lemon, fig and tangerine trees, laurels, rosemary, mint, lavender etc. round off the range in style. The villa has 2 closed garages and offers 2-3 additional parking spaces. There are 4 bicycles available to our guests. The heated swimming pool with sun terrace and sun loungers is equipped with a modern cleaning system that automatically regulates the chlorine and pH. Trogir, one of the most beautiful and oldest cities in Croatia, is 20 km from Split and 5 km from Split International Airport. Split and Trogir are famous cultural and historical sights on the Dalmatian coast, Trogir is a UNESCO cultural heritage. Other destinations for day trips: National Park Slapovi Krke (Krka water skins), National Park - Kornati Islands, etc. The fact is that within a radius of approx. 200 km there are 4 national parks and 6 UNESCO World Heritage sites (old town of Trogir, Diocletian's Palace in Split, St. Jakobs Cathedral in Šibenik, Stari Grad Plain on the island of Hvar, old town of Dubrovnik and Plitvice Lakes National Park). The villa is preferably rented out completely, but a floor rental (6 + 1 people per floor) would also be possible on request, but only in June and September.

We was a group of 10 staying for a week in this wonderful house. Already before we arrived Zarko called us to go through details, and arranged pick up at the airport. Mrs Bat was a sweet woman, and she and her employees took good care of us all week. Beautiful house, great location! We would love to come back for a new week :-)

Perfect hosts made the holiday an absolute treat. Beautifully clean house, manicured garden, delicious gifts, and attentive hosts. Even though the road is a little bit busy, you benefit massively from being right in front of the quiet beach and 30 seconds from the water taxi which is delightful especially at sunset, and so easy to get to beautiful city of Trogir. With a larger beach down the road, and small supermarket and restaurants in easy walking distance, it is very convenient. Really lovely being able to watch a quiet beach and little boats coming and going from your balcony. Dont think we have visited a cleaner property before. Top marks!

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft
Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgerüstet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Pool und Garten wunderbar. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und verwöhnt die Gäste mit selbstgebackenen Guetzli. Sie steht den Gästen während des Aufenthaltes stets zur Vergügung. Strasse vor dem Haus war etwas laut.

Property management communication was fantastic and the most amazing hosts anyone could wish for, right from when we walked through the gate we were welcomed with open arms and a cold beer, the cleanliness of the property is outstanding which is maintained throughout the week, everyday when you got up the outside had been cleaned and tidied up from the night before and the pool was sparkling.
The large outside fire cooks an amazing feast and the property is totally secure with electric gates and is right opposite the water taxi into Trogir, if you don’t want to walk but the most amazing bit by far is the house owner Marija, a massive thank you to you for your warm heart and hospitality and not to forget your amazing baking skill's.
WOW, what a cake that made some celebrations even more special.

Superb villa with perfect location
The villa was even better than expected, and the service provided by the owners was exceptionallly good! We were a group of three families and really enjoyed our holiday there. Villa is clean and spacious and well-equipped and maintained.
Just across the street there is a beautiful small beach. Also grocery shops and many restaurants with walking distance, you dont need a car there. And there is a taxi-boat taking you Trogir old-town just across the street as well. Perfect spot for a holiday, can highly recommend!

A beautiful villa in the perfect location with a very warm welcome
We were a group of 7 female friends and this villa (2 x 3-bedroom apartments) was the perfect solution. Our arrival, despite being late due to flight delays, was met with a very warm welcome from the owner - cold drinks, home-made cherry liqueur plus a delicious birthday cake - to name a few of the welcome treats that were gladly received. The 2 apartments have separate entrances, but there are plenty of keys so everyone has access to both if you are all 1 group. Everywhere was very clean and very well equipped in terms of towels, toiletries, etc. Plus there is a hairdryer in every ensuite bathroom and a washing machine in each of the apartments. The pool is perfect with plenty of sun loungers and outdoor towels and the outdoor cooking/eating area was very useful - the outside area was tidied daily by the cleaner/gardener plus the villa had a full clean and bedding/towel change during the week. In terms of the location, there is a small boat ferry over the road to take you into Trogir harbour - a lovely little journey and only £3 per person. You can also walk into Trogir - 20 minute walk along the road (limited pavement but the road is fairly quiet)...and Trogir is a beautiful town - a must see - lovely restaurants, shops and buildings. There are some beach bars and restaurants near the villa (Okrgu Kornji) that were also nice, without the need to go into Trogir. You can also take a ferry from Trogir to Split (1 hour journey) which is a good day out and very worthwhile. Overall we had an excellent holiday and would definitely visit this villa and location again. Thank you to Mrs Bajt, Ruza, Vojko and Zarco for a great holiday.

Very happy
There were 10 staying we did think there would be a twin as it said in the pw had an issue with air con in the ground apt it just didn’t work apart from that it was great and we would highly recommend it to everyone it was immaculate and had all the amenities

Brilliant villa
This villa exceeded everything we expected it be, the owner, a really nice lady and the staff were brilliant and really looked after us. The location was great with a ferry just across the road to take you to and fro to Trogir Island. Easy walk also to Okrug Gornji. We are already booked for a return visit next year.

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Service und die Freundlichkeit sind ebenfalls top. Ein kleiner Strand und ein Fähranleger nach Trogir liegen direkt vor dem Haus. Alles wie beschrieben.

Den perfekte Ferieleilighet!
Flott beliggenhet. Særdeles hyggelig vertskap som ydet topp service. Leiligheten var meget godt utstyrt til minste detalj, og alt var rent og i orden. Veldig godt lydisolert, så søvn om natten var ikke noe problem, selv med nær og ganske mye trafikk.

Einfach perfekt!
So einen angenehmen Urlaub hatten wir schon lange nicht mehr. Die gesamte Villa ist absolut sauber und die Einrichtung in einem sehr gutem Zustand. In der Mitte der Woche wurde noch einmal gereinigt, die Wäsche gewechselt und jeden Tag der Aussenbereich gekehrt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es Lokale, Supermarkt und auch die Anlegestelle eines Bootes nach Trogir. Also sehr kurze Wege.
Dieses Haus ist nur zu empfehlen!!!
Schade nur, dass ich keine 6 Sterne vergeben konnte... ;-)

Family vacation
Everything was perfect. The house was even nicer than in the photos and the kids and grownups loved the swimming pool, foosball and the pool table.

Fantastic villa in a perfect location
We have just come back from a week at this beautiful villa. The owners are lovely people and will look after you all week, they welcomed us with the most beautiful home made cakes and pastries which were delicious.
The villa is amazing, plenty of room for everyone, the beds are super comfortable, air-con in every room, well equipped kitchen, the garden is beautiful with plenty of room for everyone, my little 2 year old grand-daughter loved the play area. As the garden is gated and locked it is very safe if you have young children.
Even though we were only there for 1 week we had a mid-week clean and linen change which was unexpected and very welcome. The pool was cleaned every day, when we used the BBQ (which you really must use if you rent this villa) they cleaned it the the very next morning. Nothing was too much trouble for these lovely people.
The location is spot on, 15 minute drive from the airport, across the road from the beach, you can walk to plenty of places to eat and drink and there are supermarkets within walking distance. Split is around 30 minutes drive away and well worth visiting and you really should go to the Krka Waterfalls, they are beautiful. There are lots of other lovely places to visit but we just ran out of time!
On our last evening the owners prepared a surprise BBQ and birthday cake as it was my 60th birthday, I was totally over whelmed with their kindness by doing this.
We have all said that we will go back to this lovely villa - if you are thinking of booking - don't hesitate - just book it, you will have a fantastic holiday.

After spending hours looking for a holiday-home for a party of 13 people I found Rokos house. The reality was better then the pictures and we were so welcomed and taking care of by the owners.
It’s super close to the Adriatic Sea and the pool is a perfect complement. The house is fully equipped and the fence around the building made it to a relaxing vacation for us with small children.
We can recommended as well small as big party’s to stay at Rokos house.
We will come back!

Excellent villa and location
The villa is an excellent accomodation with 6 bedrooms and 6 baths. The garden and pool were lovely maintained and our kids had a lot of fun in the pool and playground.
The owners were very warm and kind people. They expected as with cookies and some homemade drinks. They even brought some food for the kids from their home because we arrived late and all the supermarkets were closed.
We definitely recommand this house!

Talo on melko hiljattain remontoitu ja siitä on pidetty myös hyvää huolta, myös lomaviikon aikana siivottiin, mutta sopivan huomaamattomasti. Omistajat ovat erittäin vieraanvaraisia ja ystävällisiä ja haluavat tehdä parhaansa vieraiden viihtymiseksi. Talo on hyvin lähellä rantaa, mutta ylitettävä tie on melko vilkas. Rannalla voi hyvin viettää aikaa, mutta n. 0,5 kilometrin päässä on isompi uimaranta ja enemmän puuhaa. Lähellä on pieni kauppa, josta voi täydentää jääkaappia ja vieressä rannalla oleva ravintola (Mediterranean) on mielestämme alueen parhaita. Talon altaalla viihtyy hyvin ja koko riitti juuri 6 alakouluikäiselle lapselle. Grillialuekin oli usein käytössä. Viihdyimme mainiosti!

Джарко просил оставить отзыв на русском :) Хорошая вилла для большой компании. Мы отдыхали двумя семьями, вилла организована с раздельными входами на каждый этаж. То есть фактически это две виллы. Моя семья жила на втором этаже, друзья располагались на первом этаже. Хороший свежий ремонт, есть всё необходимое для организации быта. На каждом этаже 3 спальни с санузлами и большая гостиная с кухней. Небольшая ухоженная территория тоже отлично спланирована: бассейн и зона барбекю, небольшая детская площадка. В общем всё есть для комфортного отдыха семьи с детьми. Были некоторые проблемы с кондиционерами у друзей, но всё настроили. Есть два гаража и два месте на парковке, очень удобно для тех, кто арендует авто! Были 4 велосипеда, владельцы разрешили пользоваться без дополнительной платы, спасибо! Велики хорошие, но на одном порвалась цепь, надеюсь починили :) Очень приветливые и внимательные владельцы, вспоминаем вас всегда с теплотой! Отлично встретили, помогли с продуктами на первое время, организовали нам барбекю, очень всё вкусно было, спасибо вам! Отдельное спасибо Джарко, что организовал нам отличный отдых! Один минус только присутствует - это оживленная дорога, которая замолкает ближе к 1 ночи. А так постоянный шум от проезжающих машин и "гонсчегов" на скутерах с прямотоками. Последние особенно доставали. Если есть совсем маленькие дети, которые реагируют на посторонние шумы, то здесь конечно останавливаться не вариант. Но у нас детки нормально всё воспринимали, за день успевали устать и спали крепко :) В пешей доступности два магазина и пара кафе. Меню конечно не очень разнообразное, но готовят с душой и очень вкусно. Сразу через дорогу пляж (10 метров), бабушкам нравилось там отдыхать и купаться. Но мы предпочитали ходить на территорию кемпинга (5 минут пешком). Там было поменьше народа и почище. Море везде великолепное, но надо быть аккуратным, есть морские ежи. Вообще тут вся прибрежная полоса потрясающая, сосны и прочие деревья прям у берега, зонтики не нужны, лежишь в тени сосен и кайфуешь :) Чуть подальше от виллы (минут 10 пешком) местная ривьера - променад около километра с кучей кафешек, диско-баров, сувенирных лавок. Хорошо вечером там прогуляться. Для пеших прогулок курорт не очень располагает, т.к. тротуаров нет, приходится топать по дорогам. Но вот на великах просто отлично. Кто любит велопробеги смело сюда, ландшафт и виды потрясают. В общем, нам всё понравилось, надеюсь ещё вернемся сюда :) Спасибо Марии и её мужу, спасибо Джарко!

Kanonfräscht hus med toppenläge!
Fantastiskt fint och fräscht hus med ett kanonläge (stranden rakt över gatan!). Servicen var jättebra och vi blev mycket väl emottagna. Vi saknade verkligen ingenting under veckan som vi bodde där. Ett stort plus var poolen och poolområdet, grillplats och lekplats. Perfekt för barnfamiljer! Det var dessutom enkelt att boka huset och kontakten med husägaren fungerade jättebra. Kommunikationen med fastighetsskötaren på plats fungerade också jättebra och de fanns tillgängliga så fort vi undrade över något. Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i Roko's House och kan varmt rekommendera att hyra detta.

Upea ihana villa oli kokonaan käytössämme viikon kesällä 2014. Olimme kolme ystäväperhettä lapsineen kyseisessä villassa ja talo oli upea. Olimme ensimmäisiä vieraita talossa remontin jälkeen ja isäntäväki otti meidät hienosti vastaan ja olivat aina avuliaita auttamaan meitä. Lapset ja nuoriso (8 henkeä) asuivat alakerran tiloissa ja aikuisten käytössä oli yläkerta (6 henkeä). Molemmissa kerroksissa oli ihanat isot makuuhuoneet omine suihkutiloineen. Upea taloa kiertävä parveke ja oma uima-allas pihalla olivat ahkerassa käytössä. Talossa oli myös 4 ihan uutta polkupyörää, joilla ajelimme päivittäin. Pyörät olivat oivallinen ja kätevä keino käydä tutustamassa alueeseen. Vilkkaan liikenteen seassa pystyi hyvin sukkuloimaan pyörillä. Talon sijainti oli loistava. Meidän isolle matkaseurueelle ihan loistava valinta, koska koko talo oli vain ja ainoastaan meidän käytössä.

Upea villa rentouttavaan lomailuun
Upea ihana villa oli kokonaan käytössämme viikon kesällä 2014. Olimme kolme ystäväperhettä lapsineen kyseisessä villassa ja talo oli upea. Olimme ensimmäisiä vieraita talossa remontin jälkeen ja isäntäväki otti meidät hienosti vastaan ja olivat aina avuliaita auttamaan meitä. Lapset ja nuoriso (8 henkeä) asuivat alakerran tiloissa ja aikuisten käytössä oli yläkerta (6 henkeä). Molemmissa kerroksissa oli ihanat isot makuuhuoneet omine suihkutiloineen. Upea taloa kiertävä parveke ja oma uima-allas pihalla olivat ahkerassa käytössä. Talossa oli myös 4 ihan uutta polkupyörää, joilla ajelimme päivittäin. Pyörät olivat oivallinen ja kätevä keino käydä tutustamassa alueeseen. Vilkkaan liikenteen seassa pystyi hyvin sukkuloimaan pyörillä. Talon sijainti oli loistava. Kohtuullisen lyhyt matka Trogirin vanhaan kaupunkiin. Uimaranta oli suoraan kadun toisella puolella talosta. Pari ruokakauppaa ihan lähistöllä. Villa oli ehdottamasti hienoin ja upein koko alueella. Meidän isolle matkaseurueelle ihan loistava valinta, koska koko talo oli vain ja ainoastaan meidän käytössä.

Great vacation in great house
We were lucky for renting this hous for our vacation! The house is situated almost at the edge of the seashore and the viewe from the balcony was awesome! The beach is just across the street which was very practical to go to with our kids. The house itself is gorgeous mixture of modern, open planing (kitchen and dining room) with traditional influences. We had a feeling that we were maybe first guests as everytning was so fresh and new. The house is well equiped for the needs of a big family. The barbecue place, the pool and childerns playground just made the house even more functional for our needs. The relative proximity of Split and the airport contributed to choose this location because of practicality of travelling with a kids. Also, there are possibilities for travelling around and see some fantastic places like Kornati islans, Krka waterfalls, Split and of course Trogir, and these are just some of the most famous ones. We were very hapy for our choice of the vacation house and we would gladly come back again!
