About this house rental
That amazing feeling when you walk into an architect designed house built in the quirky shape of a hexagon. High cathedral ceilings and large picture windows that look out off the main bedroom verandah & beyond. A beautiful & modern 10m swimming pool with outdoor furniture to escape those city blues.
Wobbly Boot Estate is a stunning semi-rural retreat in the heart of the mid north coast NSW located 2 mins drive off the Pacific HWY - 20mins drive from local beaches & 50mins to Coffs Harbour & 55mins to Port Macquarie. A Hamptons style and luxurious 5 bedroom home, set on 2 picturesque acres attached to a working cattle farm with views of Yarrahappini Mountain from the comfort of the indoor fire.
We also have our own train station at Eungai with the XPT from Sydney and Brisbane stopping at our stop. It’s a 5 min walk from Wobbly boot estate to train station.
The beautifully renovated homestead can sleep up to 12 guests with 5 bedrooms set across 2 levels.

The large country style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including brand new Delonghi 900m freestanding stove/oven, French door fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine.
The large superb lounge / dining area is complete with comfortable lounge and large 10 seat dining table and wood fire along with 86” smart TV. Also a separate living area upstairs.
The home is luxuriously yet comfortably furnished, has polished timber floors in main areas, top level & bedrooms with high timber ceilings throughout. There is a spacious outdoor undercover entertaining area which overlooks our amazing pool with gas BBQ and modern outdoor furniture. Our lovely in ground salt water pool set in landscaped grounds to enjoy during the warmer months
Gorgeous dam view to relax in the tranquil environment.

A few things toaster only worked on half blind in front r/h bedroom not working bathroom in upstairs bedroom not very useable couldn’t stand up in no light over games table couldn’t play at night water poured down sliding

Location, swimming pool and the nature surrounded by wallabies are fantastic.
The house needs renovation and upgrade to achieve 'luxury property' image.
The owner hasn't paying much attention on safety for the customers. The deck is rotten and any cracking sound walking over, makes you feel uncomfortable. We took a photo (12 of Us) on the deck and there were lots of jokes that We might end up into the pool.
The main stairs from the carpark, made out of timber, were not structurally sound, if you walk in the middle of the stairs.
My advice, if someone's carrying a suitcase, use the sides close to the balustrade.
There are lots of signs of reminding everyone to safe precious water, but on other side, there is no dishwasher...doesn't make sense, if really someone is concerned about the environment.
