Located in Cavalaire-sur-Mer, this lovely house for $61 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Charming little Provencal house in a very quiet residential complex on the edge of a rocky bay: ideal as a small love nest! The house has a panoramic terrace with a beautiful view of the bay of Cavalaire, which has one of the largest sandy bays of the Côte d´Azur (approx. 4 km), as well as the marina and the surrounding hills of the Massif des Maures (Mauren Mountains) Peak culminated at 528 meters. At the back there is a very quiet garden terrace with a view of Cape Lardier at the other end of the bay. There is a satellite system with German channels (Astra 19 °). The sofa in the living room offers sleeping space for 2 more people. Although there are plenty of parking spaces in the residential complex, the house has its own large private garage. The city center, beach and marina can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes. In the city center there is everything you need. Every Wednesday there is a large Provencal street market in Cavalaire. The sporting offer is large, especially water sports: sailing, jet-ski, wind-surf, diving, paddle board, deep sea fishing, etc. The Massif des Maures offers very nice mountain bike tours and great hiking tours. Cavalaire is halfway between Marseille and Nice (approx. 110 km in each direction). If you leave Cavalaire there are also many beautiful things to discover: Saint-Tropez with its beautiful old town, its port with luxurious yachts, its famous gendarmerie (greetings from Louis de Funès) and the many celebrities who spend their holidays there. Port Grimaud, the little Venice of Provence. Gassin one of the most beautiful villages in France with a breathtaking view of the Maritime Alps and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez Medieval villages like Ramatuelle or Grimaud In the Massif des Maures you can visit the Carthusian monastery de la Verne. Gonfaron and its "turtle village" You can take the ferry to the islands (Port-Cros has been a national park since 1963). Rosé de Provence wine tasting in one of the many wineries around Saint-Tropez Day trips are also no problem: Toulon: one of the most beautiful bays with its military port (incl. Aircraft carrier) Nice: its very beautiful old town and famous promenade Principality of Monaco Calanques de Cassis (beautiful bays) The list of possibilities is "endless"! Мы отдыхали в этом прекрасном провансальском доме вдвоём, в июне 2019 года. Мы в восторге от пребывания здесь: нам понравилось буквально всё. Дом имеет очень хорошее расположение, в тихом и безопасном месте с частной парковкой и гаражом. Всего в 200-300 метрах от дома есть живописная морская бухта, в которой мы каждое утро плавали до начала завтрака (погода была превосходной)! С балкона и с верхней террасы открываются восхитительные виды на море, при этом верхняя терраса скрыта в зелени и представляет из себя чудесное уединённое место, где мы часто ужинали и отдыхали. Не смотря на жаркую погоду снаружи, внутри в любой части дома всегда было свежо и комфортно, т.е. спроектировано всё правильно. В доме есть всё необходимое: полностью оборудованная кухня с большим выбором посуды и с большим холодильником и посудомоечной машиной. В гостиной комнате ЖК ТВ со спутниковыми каналами. Удобные ванная комната и туалет. Есть быстрый интернет, также стиральная машина в гараже. Удобные ванная комната и туалет. В доме всё новое и современное. До набережной городка Кавалер и его центра всего 10-15 мин. пешком, где мы часто гуляли. На автомобиле доступно большое количество близлежащих живописных пляжей, а также несколько супермаркетов (в т.ч. Carrefour - 5 мин.). Хозяин были приятен, вежлив и предупредительны. Christophe дал нам всю необходимую информацию и при необходимости всегда был на связи . Нам очень НЕ хотелось уезжать... Хотели бы обязательно приехать сюда ещё! Спасибо за отдых, Christophe!

This is a very nice, quiet place with a stunning view onto the sea! The apartment is well equipped and ideally located to explore the area. We also appreciated that the beds were larger than the French standards. You need to bring your own bed sheets and towels. We had a wonderful week and would come back any time!
