About this house rental
Located in Innlandet, this charming house for $106 per night is a great option for your next break. The cabin is situated idyllic and sunny at the foot of the Andersnatten (733m) within sight (150m) of the lake Andersnattjenn. Nearby there are many lakes for fishing and the area is perfect for gathering berries and mushrooms. The accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers as well as families with children. The cozy cabin (60m2) consists of a large living room with kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and corridor. The house is equipped for 6 adults. The living room has a couch corner and dining table as well as a kitchen line. The small kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and is equipped with a gas cooker and a sink (no running water). A gas-operated refrigerator is located in the storage room. The bathroom has a sink (no running water), a simple cottageshower and an environmental toilet from the company Separett (villa). The beds are divided as follows. Bedroom 1: double bed (130cm), bedroom 2: family koye (lower bed: 0,8m, upper bed: 0,8m), Bedroom 3: family koye (lower bed 1,20m, upper bed: 0,6m). The cabin has a 12V electrical system. Each room is equipped with lights and sockets. All 12V devices can be used. (celphone, tablet, laptop etc.) 220V units can be connected via a petrol unit if required. (max 4h per day) There is an extra 220V outlet in the living room.. The heating is provided by a chimney, a stove and a paraffin oven in the living room and a gas oven in the bathroom. In the cabin there is no running water, but a central water system from the hot and cold water at all points of sale (kitchen, bathroom) is available. A central water tank must be filled by hand. The water is brought from a source with hand pump, which is situated behind the cabin. In front of the cabin is a large sun terrace with seating and a fire place. Wood to make fire costs 150Nkr for a 60 liter sack. (price can change) There is very poor coverage in the cottage but there is WiFi via mobile broadband. If you want access, the following prices apply: 5GB 129, - 10GB 179, - 20GB 229, - Data package can be ordered in advance. We are speaking Norwegian, English and German. Our guests have access to all rooms in the cabin. Because we are living about 1 hour away from the cabin it will seldom be possible for me to receive the guests personally. The key for the cabin is in a key safe. I will send the code before arrival. Otherwise, can you always reach me by phone / SMS or via homeaway. We don`t provide bedlines or towles at the cottage. You can park with your car at a roundabout at Andersnattjenn. From there it is about 250m to the cabin to walk.(se picture) The way up to the cabin is a tollroad. The fee is 60Nkr. The fee can be payed at www.youpark.no until 48 hours after you passed the road. If you don't pay within 48 hours you will get an invoice at home. NB! If the invoice is sending at home you have to expect an extra fee. The cottage is only accessible by car.

tolle Auszeit in wunderbarer Umgebung
Die Lage der Hütte ist traumhaft. In unmittelbarer Nähe beginnen tolle Wanderwege. Mehrere schöne Seen sind einfach erreichbar. Man kann vor allem Forellen angeln, den Angelschein gibt es sehr preisgünstig unten am Berg beim Bauern.
Der Gastgeber Stefan gab uns vorab schon wichtige Informationen bezüglich der Einreise nach Norwegen. Außerdem hat er uns alternative Stornierungsoptionen aufgrund der Pandemie-Lage geboten.
Das Internet-Paket haben wir glücklicherweise nicht dazu gebucht. Denn in dieser Hütte hat man mal die Möglichkeit sich auf die einfachen Sachen zu besinnen und die Informationsflut zu bremsen. Man hört kaum Geräusche und kann mal so richtig abschalten.
Man sollte aber wissen, dass man sich bei dieser Art von Unterkunft ordentlich bewegen wird (Wasser pumpen und tragen, Weg vom Parkplatz hoch zur Hütte). Den Luxus lässt man mal zu Hause, um so schöner, wenn man ihn dann wieder hat. Die Hütte war aber vor allem abends mit Kamin und Kerzen sehr gemütlich. Es gab eigentlich alles an Kleinkram-Ausstattung, die man in so einer Hütte braucht. Kühlschrabk und Ofen funktionieren einwandfrei mit Gas. Kaffee haben wir mit einer French-Press gemacht.
Ich empfehle viel geeignete Bekleidung für Regen mitzunehmen, vor allem mehrere Schuhpaare, denn auch der Gang zur Pumpe kann bei Regen sehr nass und matschig werden. Ich war froh über meine Gummistiefel.
Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Urlaub, den wir gerne in Erinnerung behalten.

Ich kann mich den bisherigen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen.
Ein Urlaub, der wirklich der Erholung diente.
Die Einweisung in die Technik gibt es vorher bereits per E-Mail. Diese sollte man schon mal lesen und speichern (Internet ist vor Ort kaum vorhanden - was den Urlaub um so schöner macht).
Zur Hütte führt ein Weg, welcher mit einer Schranke gesichert ist. Leider gibt es auch zum be- und entladen keinen Schlüssel.
Wir konnten uns von den Nachbarn einen borgen. Im Schuppen steht aber auch ein Bollerwagen für den Transport des Gepäcks.

Tolle Hütte in traumhafter Lage
Wir konnten mit unseren zwei Jungs (10 und 12) zwei fantastische Wochen in der Hütte und beim Erwandern der Umgebung erleben. Man hat wirklich alles, was man braucht und bei Fragen bekommt man schnell eine Antwort oder Stefan kommt vorbei. Es lief auch alles unkompliziert und entspannt.

Ruhige abgelegene Hütte
Wir wollten Urlaub in Norwegen machen und hatten uns spontan für dieses Objekt entschieden. Um zur Hütte zu gelangen, muss man einen 3,5km langen Schotterweg fahren, der aber für einen Schotterweg in einem guten Zustand ist, kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war hervorragend. Er hat uns im Vorfeld auf Anfrage Tipps für Ausflugsziele gegeben und alle Fragen schnell beantwortet. Die Hütte selber und die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben und in einem normalen Zustand, wie man es von einer Ferienwohnung erwarten kann. Natürlich sind nicht alle Pfannen „neu“, aber es ist alles da, was man in einer Küche benötigt, kein Problem. An der Ausstattung im Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, alles in Ordnung. Das Doppelbett im großen Schlafzimmer quietscht doch ziemlich beim Hinlegen und Umdrehen. Den einen stört es vielleicht, den anderen nicht. Schlafen war aber o.k. Die Schlafzimmer sind zwar klein, aber zum Schlafen reicht es. Die Solaranlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert und mit den 12 Volt wird das Licht in der Hütte versorgt. Das Notstromaggregat haben wir nicht benutzt, auf den Haarfön haben wir verzichtet. Ansonsten läuft Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank und der Durchlauferhitzer für warmes Wasser mit Gas, alles in Ordnung. Der Wassertank in der Hütte fasst gute 60 Liter und man muss ihn mit 20 Liter Kanistern, die man hinter der Hütte mit einer Schwenglerpumpe befüllt auffüllen. Da merkt man erstmal wieviel Wasser man so am Tag verbraucht. Für vier Personen mit duschen, abwaschen usw. gehen 100-120 Liter am Tag drauf. Ist aber alles kein Problem, man hat sich ja bewusst für diese Art Urlaub entschieden. An die Toilette gewöhnt man sich auch. Etwas komisch, wenn da halt nichts zum Spülen ist. Der Urin wird vorne abgeführt und läuft in die Drainage unters Haus, wie auch das restliche Abwasser, welches über Drainage entsorgt wird. Der Stuhlgang wird in einem Behälter mit Beutel aufgefangen. Der offene Behälter ist mit einer Schwenkklappe abgedeckt, die über einen Seilzug beim Hinsetzen betätigt wird. Es läuft dauerhaft ein Ventilator, der die Luft in der Toilette nach aussen führt, sodass es tatsächlich nicht unangenehm riecht. Nach 4 Tagen haben wir den Behälter entleert. Oberteil der Toilette hochklappen, Behälter herausnehmen und den Beutel hinters Haus in den Kompost schmeißen. Neuen Beutel reinlegen und wieder in die Toilette stellen. Das sollte jedem bekannt sein, der die Hütte mietet.

Traumhaft, Ruhig, Entschleunigung
Wir waren zwei Erwachsene, drei Kinder und ein Hund und im Juli 2019 für 14 Tage dort.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war durchweg positiv und einfach. Er war wirklich jederzeit erreichbar, wenn man eine Frage oder ein Problem hatte.
Die Umgebung ist nur für Leute die mal richtig abschalten wollen. Vom Parkplatz bis zum Haus muss man noch ca. 250m zu Fuß laufen, Bergauf. Ist bei der Ankunft blöd, wenn man soviel Gepäck mit hat, aber es geht.
Die Hütte/Das Haus ist einfach und rustikal. Fließendes Wasser gibt es nur, wenn man dieses vorher mit der Handpumpe aus der Tiefe holt, in Kanister füllt, diese ins Haus trägt und dann in den Behälter umfüllt. Es hört sich zuerst blöd an, ist aber toll! Man denkt über den täglichen Wasserverbrauch nach und ändert dies ggf. ein bisschen.
Wer auf TV, Waschmaschine, Kaffemaschine und sonstige Errungenschaften setzt, der ist dort fehl am Platz. Dort ist einfaches Leben möglich. Nahe der Natur.
Blaubeerbüsche, ein paar Fische beim Angeln, wandern in dem Flüsschen weiter unten, einkaufen in ca. 15 und 30 km Entfernung, grillen, auf den Berg wandern usw, damit vertreibt man sich die Zeit.
Wir haben fast jeden Tag draußen frühstücken können.
Kurz um, es war echt toll! Danke Stefan, auch für deine Hilfsbereitschaft.
Achso, es handelt sich um eine Komposttoilette, klingt komisch, ist aber nicht schlimm.
Wer keinen Menschen sehen möchte, der ist dort genau richtig. Wir hatten auch das Glück, dass die Nachbarn (Wochenendhäuser) nicht da waren. Somit hatten wir komplette Ruhe.

What a GREAT location! We've spend a week here with our kids and loved the cabbin and surroundings.
If you are looking for a comfortable cabbin in the mountains, with a great view and comfort, this is the one! We have spend a week here with our two boys (7 & 4 years old). The cabbin has everything you can think of and is in very good state. We hiked the beautiful surroundings, cooked on the fireplace, went to the animalpark in Fla and above all enjoyed the fabulous nature by simply looking out the window. On our last day, we have crossed paths with an Elk on the road up the mountain. We have seen a good part of Norway, but this location really went above and beyond our expectations. The same goes for the owner: he took care of us entering a nice and warm cabbin (we arrived on a cold afternoon, late april), made sure we were enjoying ourselves and was always kindly standing by for answering questions and gave good suggestions for activities. The cabbin is located at a small and quiet site with a few other cabbins around the lake, where a track up Andersnatten-hill starts. Multiple other hiking paths are in the area and good maps are found inside the cabin. We will surely come back to this beautiful area and cabbin one day :)

Super Woche mit viel Sonne!
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Hütte Andersbu! Die Haustechnik haben wir schnell durchschaut und alles hat sehr gut funktioniert.
Leider haben wir den Vermieter Stefan nicht persönlich kennengelernt. Allerdings war er für Fragen immer per Telefon erreichbar.
Trotz viel Schnee konnten wir mit unseren Schneeschuhen jeden Tag von der Hütte aus unsere Wanderungen starten.
Besonders die Wanderung auf den ‚Hausberg‘ Andersnatten bei bestem Wetter hat uns begeistert.

Wunderbar ! Tolle Erfahrung !
Bei unserer Rundreise durch Norwegen war Andersbu ein wunderbarer Stop um zu entspannen.
Wir waren Ende März da und es lag wirklich viel Schnee. Auf der Hochfahrt blieben wir stecken und Stefan kam noch vor seiner Arbeit und holte unser Auto dort raus.
Er bewies viel Geduld mit uns auch bei der Ankunft als wir die Wegbeschreibung nicht verstanden erklärte er uns am Telefon mehrmals den Weg.
Die Gegend war atemberaubend schön !

I spent a week with my young family at Andersbu in January and we had the most amazing time. Besides the breathtaking landscape and surrounds, the cabin itself is great. Homely, well built and very functional. The heating and water systems setup by Stefan are modern and more than you could ask for and the place is very comfortable. We had a blast playing in snow, going for walks and exploring the local area. Stefan responds to all messages within minutes and was always super-helpful. We are so grateful for the experience we had and for being able to share Stefan’s amazing cabin. Will definitely hope to come back!

Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage direkt am Berg Andersnatten. Der Vermieter ist supernett, immer gut zu erreichen und kümmert sich bei Fragen oder Problemen sofort. Fazit: alles perfekt!

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und schön. Man kann einige Wanderungen von hier beginnen.
Wir brauchten etwas Zeit, um alle Geräte in Gang zu bekommen, dies lag aber an unseren Unvermögen mit der Bedienungsanleitung klar zu kommen.
Wir fanden einen See, 3 km entfernt, nur für uns, wo findet man sowas

Schön gelegen mit Wanderwegen vor der Haustür
Sehr gemütliche Hütte mit allem was man braucht. Uns ist besonders positiv die leistungsstarke Solaranlage aufgefallen! Es gibt schöne Wanderwege und sogar eine Kletterwand in direkter Umgebung. Beeren und Pilze quasi vor der Haustür. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gab uns gute Tips.
Wer in Ruhe ausspannen will, angeln und wandern, der ist hier richtig.

Traumhütte in einer Traumlandschaft
Eine wunderschöne und gemütliche Hütte in einer traumhaften Landschaft. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, sympatisch und hilfsbereit und antwortet auf Anfragen sofort. Die Hütte ist mit allem ausgerüstet, was man braucht und wenn doch tatsächlich etwas fehlen sollte, bringt es der Vermieter prompt. Es gibt herrliche Wandermöglichkeiten, ein See, wie man ihn sich in seinen Träumen vorstellt und Blaubeeren ....
Die Stromversorgung mit 12V und die Gasversorgung klappen prima, das Wasser von der Quelle ist schön frisch und die neue Wasserversorgung im Haus (mit Durchlauferhitzer!) ist einfach zu bedienen, und die Toilette ist unproblematisch und hygienisch (wenn der Vormieter einen "grünen" Sack in den Auffangbehälter getan hat ;-)).
Rundherum eine tolle Bleibe für ein paar total entspannte Tage - jederzeit zu empfehlen!

Wunderschöne gemütliche Hütte
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der super schönen Hütte sehr genossen.
Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig, ganz in der Nähe gibt es wunderschöne Wanderungen und Angel- sowie Bademöglichkeiten.
Die Hütte war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe sehr genossen.
Stefan der Vermieter war freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, vielen Dank für die 2 Wochen, die wir in deiner Hütte verbringen durften!
