Exclusive house directly by the water in the resort Lauterbach on Ruegen Bodden. It enjoys a quiet location on a 1500 m² plot with private water access. From the house, the terrace and the plot you have a fantastic panoramic view across the sea, to the island of Vilm and the neighboring harbor in Lauterbach. The house was completely renovated in 2013.

Eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser, in dem ich Urlaub gemacht habe! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Der Blick aus der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer ist schwer zu schlagen. Ich könnte keinen Punkt nennen, den ich mir anders gewünscht hätte… wir kommen gern wieder

Das Haus ist groß, Schlafbereiche überwiegend ungünstig ausgestattet. Haus ist teuer ausgestattet aber mittelprächtig gepflegt. Seezugang nur für gestandene Leute. Der Ort an sich bietet nichts.
