Located in Sanibel Island, this charming house for $257 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO AVOID ANY MISUNDERSTANDINGS: Before you book, please click on "Contact Host" and ask for an accurate offer! Take the chance and ask all questions you might have before you book. We will be glad to answer them as soon as possible. In general, we rent the house from Sat-Sat on a weekly basis, but make exemptions. Over Christmas the min. stay is usually 2 weeks. Please ask for it before you create any booking requests. Please, make sure to enter the correct amount of guests. You are renting a private owned vacation home and these requirements have to be met, please without delay. After your booking confirmation the following information for the contract is required: the renters name and physical address plus phone number and date of birth and also the names and dates of birth of each guest. It is expected to get the information after the booking and then the contract provided signed back immediately. Without a signed contract the house cannot be secured with the owner and without signed contract we are not allowed to get any access to the house. There is asurcharge of 20% over Easter and Christmas vacation time which can only be entered from our side for up to 4 guests, i.e. be aware that extra guests above 4 pay USD 150 + 20% surcharge plus 11.5% taxes for the befoementioned time frame.

Exactly as advertised. Wonderful house with high ceilings and ample bedrooms and bathrooms to choose from. Spotless. Pool was clean and worked great. Convenient location. Responsive owners sent out handy man on Labor Day weekend to fix minor tub issue. Stocked with everything we could possibly need. Great assortment of chairs, umbrellas, and kids toys for the beach. Kids loved the dragon float!

What a wonderful property in a fantastic location. Home was flawless with everything needed. We all loved the comfort of the beds and bedding. The house easily met all of our standards for a party of 8. The pool and spa were the highlight of our trip, we spent all day everyday enjoying the water. Close drive to restaurants, beaches and shopping. Would definitely recommend!

Truly a beautiful property with plenty of space for family and friends! Gorgeous pool with a view. Just FYI, Make sure to pay attention to the additional fees though! Not only will you have to pay for electric during your stay but it’s taxed at 11.5%.

This was the second time we were able to all be together in 17 months. This place was perfect for adults, teenagers, and the little kids. We were on the lanai every night relaxing after a busy day out and some days just relaxed by the pool. The home is as the pictures state.

We loved the house , pool and spa. The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths were a plus.

The house was as expected - clean, lots of room and comfortable. The outside area is why we chose the house and it lived up to expectations - lots of seating whether lounging or having a meal outside. We took advantage of the fire pit so we could make s'mores as well as the grill. Lots of things included to be able to cook and make dinner as well items for the beach and the pool. Would recommend it.

House was very clean and in a great location. Pool was great, hot tub was great, plenty of seating indoors and out for 8 people. Quiet canal with easy access by boat to Sanibel and Ft Myers Beach.

This home is beyond amazing! The lanai was the best! We enjoyed our days at the pool, fire at night, meals, and many laughs at the table! Being on the canal we we’re able to rent a boat and went to Sanibel Island 2 days! Went to Pinchers for dinner by the Yacht club - best meal we had! Definitely would recommend this home and Singrid was very helpful too!
