The room was spacious and directly on the beach. Our screened in porch had a back door with stairs that led directly on the beach. The porch had a sink that was great to wash off all of our shells. The facility had a barbecue and the kitchen was fully stocked. We grilled and shelled and we where able to enjoy the screened in porch in the evening when all the no sams came out. We only had one evening, sad to leave once we arrived as the beach, shelling and accomodations where great. We look forward to spending more nights back at this resort in the future.
At first we where thrown off with all the construction still going on due to the hurricane a couple years back however once in the unit that is completed, all of that construction was not impacting the view and our stay. Happy to support the island and would 100% return for another visit

The suite was well beyond what we expected. It was beautifully furnished and they have thought of everything we might need. The king size bed was comfortable as well. They even loaned me a shell scoop and bag which was helpful since there were so many beautiful shells.
The location was quiet even with ongoing construction. Ken at check-in was so helpful with all the information about Sanibel. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice and would definitely stay there again. Loved it!
Honestly can’t think of a thing. We have never stayed in a place that checked all the boxes like this one.

Shells!! Close proximity to the beach and great view of the beach. We loved that the Inn is very much invested in the preservation/conservation of natural resources and wildlife. Easy access from parking, room and beach.
Our dishwasher did not work, had to hand wash all our dishes. Volume on the TV did not work. We chose not to report to staff so as not to have our vacation interrupted by technicians in our room making repairs/replacements.

Ocean view walk out from patio fully screened patio . Bathroom was very nice
Full kitchen not really could not cook dinner in the room because only one burner on the stoved worked it was one of the small ones not much for pots and pans the stove and refrigerator were very old and not maintained well wish I had pictures. Beds were very uncomfortable not enough bedding
