With 21 houses, on the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 500 m from the lake, 100 m from the skiing area, in the countryside, south-east facing position. In the complex: reception, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to 100 m from the house (mountain road). Parking at 100 m. Grocery 4 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 100 m, railway station "Thusis" 10 km, bathing lake 500 m. Ski lift, slopes, ski school, children's ski school 100 m, sled run 500 m. The holiday village is car-free. Small grocery store open 100 m away in the winter season. "Maiensäss Komfort", 3-room chalet 58 m2, south-east facing position. Practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room 26 m2 with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. Our vacation home was comfortable, clean and welcomed us warm.
The kitchen had everything we needed from a dishwasher over a coffee machine to a freezer. The beds were soft and we slept really well.
But the most remarkable was the view we had on the mountains on good weather days.
Only thing to improve was the trash management. There was no waste separation.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, Superlage, ohne Auto problematisch, da keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. In der Saison jedoch öV-Anbindung.

Drei Generationen mit Hund haben sich in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Beschreibung stimmt zu 100% mit der Realität überein. Das Haus ist liebevoll mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Sehr schöne Küche!
3 Personen und ein großer Hund hatten genug Platz zum entspannen und erholen. Ruhig, aber nicht einsam.
Gibt viele nette Restaurants und Hofläden mit hervorragenden Produkten.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Absolut geniale Lage mit traumhafter Aussicht, Terrasse mit etwas wackeligen Bänken, Bratpfanne dürfte ersetzt werden, doch übriges Kochgeschirr tadellos, guter Bodenbelag, leicht zu reinigen, gerade mit Hund wichtig, sehr gute Matratzen.... Eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!!!

Die Ferienunterkunft war sauber und zweckmäßig, so wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Berge war großartig.
Leider war der Badesee in 500m Entfernung eher in der Größe eines Tümpels/Teich.
Die vorhandene Waschmaschine ist eine allgemeine Waschmaschine, deren Benutzung separat zu bezahlen ist und man sich für entsprechende Waschzeiten eintragen muss.

Sind schon seit Jahren Gäste am Heinzenberg Aclas. Positiv: Der Boden ist nicht mehr aus Spanplatte = neuer Belag. Wohnzimmer wurde endlich neu möbliert. Sieht jetzt trendy und frisch aus. Matratzen super. Das Kuhbild ist geblieben. Toll! Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Einfaches aber sehr zweckdienliches Häuschen. Alles sehr sauber. Schöne Küche mit vielem Zubehör. Tisch könnte ein wenig kleiner sein, das gäbe mehr Platz in der Küche. Meistens sind die Tische eher zu klein. Klar wäre es schön, wenn man gleich beim Haus parkieren könnte. Es ist aber gut machbar.

Alles war super. Ideal zum Wandern. Einzig zu bemängeln ist das abgenutzte Sofa im Wohnzimmer.

Wir waren ja nun das 5 mal in den Chalets und diesmal wurde uns sogar freie Auswahl der Häuser angeboten. Wir hatten Haus Nr. 16 und die Aussicht war wie immer grandios. Die Möbel sind zwar schon etwas abgesessen und sollten vielleicht mal neu bezogen werden. Aber wir haben uns trotzdem für eins der älteren Häuser entschieden, diesmal ohne Haustier. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen, alles sauber und ordentlich.

..man könnte das Maiensäss mit sehr wenig Aufwand sanft sanieren. Z.B. Wände mal mit Farbe streichen. Wohnzimmermöbel ersetzen. Positiv: Super ruhige und schöne Lage! Personal vor Ort ist sehr freundlich!

Wir sind mit Kleinkindern und Hund angereist. Der Kiesweg vom Parkplatz bis zu unserem Haus war sehr lang und steil, zudem hatte es überall vom Schmelzwasser und Starkregen Kanäle ausgeschwemmt. Dadurch war der ganze Gepäcktransport inkl. Kinderwagen stossen sehr eingeschränkt. Es gibt in der näheren Umgebung keine oder nur sehr wenige Ausflugsziele. Fazit: Dies ist unserer Meinung nach eine gute Winter-Ferienunterkunft, liegt direkt neben dem Skigebiet inkl. Skischule.

Heerlijk weekje wintersport
Wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad met familie en vrienden, maar wat viel de horeca tegen een dikke 0. Kwamen zaterdag aan bar laatste dag open, kan ik in komen laat in seizoen. Restaurant zondag 6 uur dicht maandag, dinsdag en woensdag 4 uur dicht. wij zaten nog op het terras, deuren gingen dicht glazen lieten ze gewoon buiten staan tot volgende dag. Vrijdag hadden ze 's avonds groep eters, mochten wij helemaal restaurant niet in. zaterdag 5 uur dicht. Grote aanfluiting erg jammer.

Die Anlage ist wunderschon und sehr Sauber. In der Nähe viele Möglichkeiten zu wandern, Mountainbike fahren und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir als Familie mit Hundwaren das erste Mal in den Bergen und wollten uns kurz ausspannen. Die Ausicht ist der Hammer, Frühstücken auf der Terasse in der Sonne mit überwältigende Ausblick auf den Bergen. Nachteil keine Möglichkeit das Auto an der unterkunft direkt ab zu stellen. Gepäck muss von Parkplatz aus geschleppt werden. Aber mit Pausen geht auch das.
