The house layout: Capacity is 10 + 2 people on folding beds The interior space is 360 square meters ground floor: - a living room with a fireplace, an indoor dining room for 12 people, an indoor kitchen with a breakfast bar - 1 bedroom overlooking the sea with a fully equipped private bathroom - separate toilet, laundry room, storage first floor: - 4 bedrooms with views of the sea. All bedrooms include a fully equipped private bathroom. outdoor area 400 m2: - an outdoor kitchen, an open fireplace with a grill outdoor dining for 12 people - a spacious terrace with a seating area - partially covered lounge chairs, umbrellas, hammocks - a freshwater heated pool with a custom fitted overflow system - an outdoor shower - a well-kept Mediterranean garden: mature palm trees, olive trees, citrus, agave, rosemary and other herbs and vegetables available size of the entire plot: 1000 m2 - parking at the house is sheltered against the sun and available for 5 cars, electric car charger available Home facilities servicing guests: Bathrooms: hairdryer, towels, soap, shampoo, paper towels, basic toiletries. Villa Roca is a very nice, modern, spacious house with a private beach, clean swimming pool facing sea located at peaceful and quiet place and offering always willing and helpful service. I was there with a couple of friends and their children - all of us were more than satisfied. I can confirm it has been really my best experience so far.

Myself and a group of friends went to stay at Villa Roca which can only be described as one thing- paradise! The Villa in itself and the location is more beautiful in real life then in the pictures. We were only 1 minute from the sea with the clearest water. It was our first time to Croatia and Robert and his team were extremely accommodating and helpful with booking the trip and all our questions when we were there- they assisted with restaurant bookings, taxi bookings, day trip to the Blue Caves, boat hire, lighting the BBQ and the list goes on. I could not recommend this more, I believe we all left saying this is the best holiday we have ever had and we cant wait for the next opportunity to go back. Best wishes, Sara

Wonderful, quiet place with amazing view. The villa is equipped in the best way, all brand new, the staff nice, ready to help with all activities we wanted to do. We stayed with the kids and really enjoyed it! Hope we will be able to return.

Diese Szenerie wird zusätzlich ergänzt mit einem Sprung ins Pool und jeden Abend mit perfekt ausgesuchten und wirklich gutem Wein - noch genüsslicher auf der Terrasse! We spent a wonderful week at villa Roca. The villa is brand new, modern and fully equipped (including baking paper in the kitchen). The touch of professional designer is evident at every step. The children enjoyed the pool tremendously, especially its rainbow illumination, while the adults could oversee them right from the kitchen or the outdoor dining table. The seeview was amazing and it was hard to resist having a swim. And, a must for teenagers, the WiFi was strong and reliable. We would definitely love to come again!

We recently spent a couple of days at Villa Roca. The villa is simply stunning and the Island itself is extraordinary. There was not one thing that was not perfect. Also the communication with owners at the biggining was great. The Villa offers all you need - was extremely clean and well equipped, with huge terrace and swimming pool overlooking the blue Adriatic sea. I would definitely recommend Villa Roca to anyone who wants to spent great holiday the beautiful Croatia, you won’t be disappointed!
