Nestled in Wurzburg, this charming condo for $91 per night is a great choice for your next break. Spacious, tastefully furnished and renovated in 2014 bright three-room apartment with balcony in a listed historic estate (Zehnthof) with central heating. The apartment has a daylight bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub, two nice bedrooms with a double bed (160 and 180 cm wide) and a living room with dining area and a modern kitchenette (with fridge, oven, ceramic hob and microwave). Bus connection 15 minutes to the center of Würzburg, stop nearby, bakery, butcher, drinks, various restaurants within walking distance, as well as a pharmacy and a general practitioner. Various playgrounds and a stream with a nature-protected section provide for outdoor recreation. Centrally located in Wü-Lengfeld, yet quiet and close to nature, ideal for a relaxing stay with children. Traditionally spirited wine festivals as well as upscale gastronomic offers in Würzburg and surrounding area ensure your physical well-being. Wir haben zwei Tage vor Anreise einen positiven PCR Testbescheid bekommen. Somit konnten wir nicht anreisen, haben allerdings auch keine Reiserücktrittversicherung. Das ist unser Problem, stimmt. Wir hätten den Termin gerne auf Ende Oktober/Anf. November verschoben. Dazu haben sich die Vermieter nicht mehr geäußert, trotz zweimaliger Nachfrage. Somit ist unser Geld komplett verloren. Wie bemerkt ist das unser Problem, aber das Geld kommentarlos anzunehmen finde ich moralisch bedenklich. Besser wäre nicht testen und einfach anreisen.

Sehr gepflegte, gut ausgestattet Ferienwohnung . Ruhige Lage, dennoch sehr zentral . Vermieter sehr freundlich , Kontakt lief reibungslos. Gutes Preis/Leistung Verhältnis. Würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir haben ein Wochenende dort mit Familie verbracht. Gut gelegener, liebevoll restaurierter Altbau in dem man sich wohl fühlt. Bei An-und Abreise waren die Hosts flexibel. Gerne wieder!

Hat uns gut gefallen!
Ruhig gelegen, kurze Wege zum Einkaufen, Bushaltestelle (2 Buslinien) direkt "vor der Haustür" + gute Taktung. Wohnung von der Größe für 3 Personen ausreichend. Einrichtung war o k (aber nicht unser Stil). Ausstattung ebenfalls i. O.Manko: Wohnung ist / war schlauchartig.

Groß und ruhig gelegen
Die Wohnung ist recht groß, mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern ausgestattet und schön geschnitten. Auch die Einrichtung hat uns ganz gut gefallen. Auf dem Balkon konnten wir die Abendsonne genießen, was wir ebenfalls sehr genossen haben.
Was uns etwas negativ aufgefallen ist, ist die Tatsache, dass die Wohnung teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen wirkte (aber nicht störend).
Nach Würzburg rein brauchte man mit dem Bus ca. 25min, was für uns auch in Ordnung ging.
Alles in Allem also ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung war für unsere Unternehmungen der ideale Ort.
Rothenburg, Bamberg, Aschaffenburg, Ochsenfurth und natürlich Würzburg - alles in gut erreichbarer Entfernung. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Im nächster Nähe ein Bäcker, ein Metzger und Supermärkte. Busanschluß direkt vor dem Haus. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr geräumig. Gute Ausstattung der Küche, große Schlafzimmer. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Besuch in der Region, die Innenstadt von Würzburg ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Geräumige Wohnung für 4 Personen
Von Lengfeld aus lässt sich Franken in alle Richtungen gut erkunden. Würzburg ist mit dem Bus leicht zu erreichen. An der Wohnung gefiel uns besonders der schöne Balkon, auf dem die Nachmittags- und Abendsonne genießen kann.
Morgens nervt das schon um 6.30 einsetzende Läuten des in direkter Nachbarschaft stehenden Kirchturms sehr stark. Bei offenen Fenster kann man nicht schlafen, sonst steht man morgens im Bett. Die Küche wirkt schon ein bißchen abgenutzt ist aber gut ausgestattet. Eins der Schlafzimmer hat keinen Kleiderschrank, dafür aber einen sperrigen alten Schreibtisch, der sich nicht nutzen lässt.
In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung befinden ein Bäcker ein Metzger und drei gute Lokale.

Gut aufgehoben in schweren Zeiten
wegen der Coronakrise haben wir entschieden, länger in Deutschland zu bleiben. Die Verlängerung des Aufenthaltes war kein Problem und der Vermieter stand uns hilfreich bei den Formalitäten zur Seite. Die Wohnung war auch bei unserem 3. Besuch top, so wie immer.

Etwas außerhalb von Würzburg großzügig wohnen
Die Wohnung liegt in Lengfeld ca. 12 Autominuten oder 20 Busminuten außerhalb von Würzburg. Es gibt ein großzügiges Wohn-/Esszimmer mit vollständig ausgestatteter Küche, 2 große Schlafzimmer für 2 und ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Direkt neben der Wohnung ist die Busshaltestelle von und nach Würzburg. Einzig die Suche nach einem geeigneten Parkplatz für das eigene Auto war je nach Ankunftszeit eine kleine Herausforderung, zum Be- und Entladen kann man aber kurzfristig in der Einfahrt stehen. Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für 4+ Personen.

Nicely furnished large and spacious apartment. The landlord was easy to communicate with. In the day we arrived he was very kind and allowed us in before noon as we were already in town. This was great. We were very pleased with the big living/dining room, with a gorgeous large wooden dining table and a bey comfortable and beautiful leather sofa. The room has large tv screen with some non German channels (which we depended on). The nice and quiet balcony is certainly great when weather permits (we only had one warm weekend as it was late fall). The kitchen is well equipped, the two bedrooms are large and nice. The bathroom is also large and provides a bath tub as well as a good shower and floor heating!
On the ground floor there are washing machines for common use.
We liked our stay as it was easy to walk to the university and easy to drive to down town Wuerzburg. There are several grocery stores in walking distance (if one wishes to walk along a small river, a pleasant walk to do the grocery shopping by foot).
We had troubles with the internet for a few days and then with the TV. The landlord was responsive and committed and managed to solve the issues rapidly. So overall we had a nice stay in a large and nicely furnished apartment in a quiet town.

We loved our stay in this perfect apartment!
Very comfortable beds, big bathroom, well sized for four adults. We loved the church black ringing. Convenient cafe next door and excellent local restaurants. The Italian one was about a ten minute walk away and was excellent.
