About this condo rental
Situated in Lugano, this attractive condo for $141 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Newly renovated and high quality furnished apartment directly on Lake Lugano. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Floor of a house facing the lake. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, a washing machine, a TV and a sound system with CD player and Bluetooth connection. To the apartment belongs a parking lot directly at the house, also about 100m away public parking is available. The beautiful lake terrace with Mediterranean plants and bathing slope is only available to the tenants of the apartment and the other house residents. A buoy in the lake just in front of the lake terrace for the attachment of an engine, sail or rowing boat is also part of the apartment. The location is outstanding! Directly on the lake with lots of sunshine and only about 15 minutes drive to the center of Lugano, the largest city in Ticino with great cultural offer, great shops, nightlife, financial center and casino. The international airport Malpensa in Milan is an hour away. The Valsolda nature reserve is in close proximity. The Italian town of Porlezza with its pretty old town, lakefront, supermarkets, shops and restaurants is a 5 minute drive away. The historic lake village of Gandria (starting point for the picturesque Olive Trail) is a 7-minute drive away. Activities nearby: Bicycle rental, Boat rental, Canoeing / Kayaking, Mountain railways, Hiking / trails, Paddle boarding, Park, Public transport, Quad biking, Climbing, Rowboats, Wakeboarding, Spa treatments and family-friendly Badeland, Golf, etc. Golf clubs: - Lugano Golf Club (oldest club of Italian Switzerland) - Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club (Italy's oldest golf club with fantastic restaurant) To ski: - Small ski resort on the mountain Lema, about 10 km from Lugano. - San Bernardino (south of the pass with the same name, about 1 hour away) - Airolo (south of the Gotthard Pass, about 1 hour away)

Wunderbare Umgebung und Wohnung
Sehr schön gelegen mit direktem See Zugang und sehr gute Ausstattung. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin mit sehr guter Betreuung. Kleine Themen wie fehlende Bettwäsche wurde schnell behoben. Leider war am Wochenende im Nebengebäude eine laute Party bis spät in die Nacht. Die Lautstärke etwas erhöht wegen Straße direkt am Gebäude (siehe Google Maps)

Traumhafte Lage, sehr schöne Wohnung
Wir waren für 1 Woche kurzentschlossen eingecheckt, und es war alles ganz wundervoll. Mehr braucht man nicht für eine rasche Tiefenentspannung: einfach ans Panoramafenster setzen. Schöne Spaziergänge möglich durch idyllische Dörfchen (ja nicht auf der Straße, sondern oben am Berg entlang, nach Cima z.B. zum Semmeln holen). Großer, sehr schöner Garten, fast parkähnlich, dabei, wo man in der Sonne dösen kann. Selbst das Auto hat einen herrlichen Ausblick von seinem Parkplatz aus ;-). Sehr nette Vermieterin, immer erreichbar, auch mal Sonntag, wenn eine Frage ist. Immer wieder gerne, sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Wohnung direkt am See
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgfühlt. die Lage direkt am See mit Zugang zum See, ein großer Garten, Liege stühle vorhanden. Modern und komplett eingerichtet (nur eine Mikrowelle fehlt). Die Strasse nach Lugano stört überhaupt nicht, da die Wohnung deutlich unter Strassenniveau liegt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit direktem Seezugang
Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen tollen Blick über den See, ein sehr modernes Bad mit Waschmaschine und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Für zwei Personen war die Schrankkapazität ausreichend. Der Kleiderschrank im Hauptschlafzimmer stand nicht zur Verfügung. Der Zugang zum See vom Garten aus ist super. Die Parksituation auf dem Grundstück ist eng, aber machbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell auf Nachrichten. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen.

Sehr schön gelegenes Appartement.
Check In klappte problemlos. Lage einfach klasse, wenn man sehr ruhige und entspannte Tage genießen möchte. Weiterreise zum Comer See oder nach Lugano Zentrum in jew. 20 Autominuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles, modern eingerichtetetes Appartment mit traumhaften Blick auf den See. Alles blitzsauber. Küche toll ausgestattet und ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Die Strasse vor dem Grundstück hat uns nicht gestört. Wir haben sie nicht gehört. Mag sein, dass es sich im Sommer anders darstellt.

Die Wohnung ist in einem super Zustand und sehr schön gelegen.
Einziges Manko war der Straßenlärm, der aber nur beim Schlafen mit offenem Fenster gestört hat. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am See und für die Straße ist zwischen See und Berg dort eben nicht viel Platz.
Alles andere war toll. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und Küche und Bad sind ziemlich.
Wir würden dort auf alle Fälle noch mal hinfahren.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung.
Kein Balkon aber Zugang zu einem schönen alten Garten direkt am See, den man oft für sich alleine hat.
Über Fußwege, abseits der am See entlangführenden Straße, gelangt man in die nahen Nachbarorte, mit einer Auswahl an Restaurants.
Insgesamt eine tolle Gegend, deren Berge zu ausgedehnten Wanderungen und Mountainbike Touren einladen.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einer tollen Wohnung. Wir haben es sehr genossen und fühlten uns rundherum sehr gut aufgehoben.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.
Die Küche ist top. Herd, Backofen, Nesspresso Maschine alles da. Sehr schönes Geschirr und mehr als ausreichend. Der Aufenthalt war schön, der direkte Zugang zum See ist super. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Entspannter Urlaub direkt am Luganer See
Die Ferienwohnung ist toll eingerichtet. Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen dort und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Da wir sehr gerne kochen, haben wir uns vor allem über die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche gefreut. Es war alles super sauber, der Blick aus dem großen Wohnzimmerfenster ist wirklich wunderschön und die Seeterrasse lädt zum entspannen ein. Wir haben sowohl viel auf dem Wasser als auch um den See herum unternommen. Als Ausgangspunkt ist die Lage der Ferienwohnung perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Thurner war total unkompliziert und die Anfragen wurde immer schnell beantwortet. Kleines Manko ist die laute Straße, lässt sich mit Ohropax aber beheben. Wir waren sehr gerne dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dankeschön.

Sehr schöne, außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit wundervollem Blick auf den See und direktem Zugang dorthin vom Garten aus. So hat man jederzeit die Möglichkeit, sich noch einmal schnell abzukühlen. Herrlich! Im Garten wunderschöner alter Baumbestand, der ausreichend Schatten spendet. Umgebung kann gut zu Fuß (ursprüngliche italienische Dörfer) oder mit dem Auto erkundet werden. Kleine Städtchen in der Nähe wie Porlezza oder Menaggio laden zum Verweilen und Bummeln ein. Aber auch ein Ausflug nach Mailand ist lohnenswert. Schnell hat man auch verschiedene Ziele in der Schweiz erreicht. Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung,toll eingerichtet,sauber,gepflegt,komfortabel,gute Betten.Nur einzig ein kleiner Balkon hat gefehlt.Der Außenbereich des Hauses könnte mal eine Renovierung vertragen.Die sehr dicht am Haus vorbeiführende Straße ist mit Oropax in der Nacht gut zu tolerieren .Alles in allem ein zu empfehlendes Objekt.

The beautiful house on Lake Lugano is a great place to be on vacation.
The stay in the place was wonderful. The apartment was very suitable for us. The furniture, the amenities, the equipment, the space, and the lake by the house allowed us a spectacular vacation. We hope to return again in the future and we will recommend about this opportunity to our close family and friends in Israel.

Traumhaftes Ambiente
Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Apartment ist hell, modern und freundlich und liegt auf einem verwunschen schönen Ufergrundstück mit eigener Badestelle und kleiner Parkanlage. Hier kann man wunderbar entspannen und ist stets nur ein paar Schritte vom erfrischenden Badevergnügen entfernt. Genau das hatten wir gesucht.
Frau Thurner ist sehr freundlich in der Kommunikation und versorgt einen mit vielen wertvollen und nützlichen Infos.
Als einzigen Nachteil haben wir empfunden, dass es in dem kleinen Örtchen kein Café gibt, wo man morgens schnell mal einen Cappucino trinken kann (die örtliche Bar wurde zu einem recht noblen Restaurant umgewandelt, in dem man aber sehr gut isst). Dazu muss man in den Nachbarort laufen (ca. 15 Minuten) oder fahren (3 min.). Das ist allerdings ein sehr schöner Spaziergang.
Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Wohnung ist absolut sauber und perfekt ausgestattet bis ins Detail - man vermisst wirklich gar nichts! Es ist wirklich genauso wie auf den Bildern. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und reibungslos. Den Schlüssel bekommt man einfach in einem kleinen Tresor und legt ihn dort wieder rein - einfacher geht es nicht.
Leider ist die Straße vor dem Haus relativ laut, worauf man sich einstellen sollte.
