The location is terrific and really safe, within 10 mins walk from the train station. The apt had everything we needed to make it a comfortable stay. Traveling with small kids, it was important to have cooking essentials, toiletries, a comfortable dining area, etc., and this place checked off all our boxes. Also, it is located on the street level, so if you have a stroller, this works out well. The host is also a really kind and helpful person. He has maps to help you locate where you are and nearby attractions. Our son also accidentally packed one of his towels into his backpack, and the host was very kind and understanding about that. Just all around a terrific experience!

The location of this apartment was great. Near the Vaporetto on the canal. Also near a supermarket and restaurants. Very quiet and safe area.
There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property.

Simon was an excellent host. He met us late in the evening and gave us lots of excellent advice about how to explore Venice. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The location was very close to vaperetto stations, I think lines 1 and 5.1 5.2. The apartment was warm but there were 2 strong, remote controlled fans which were enough to keep is cool. The co-op was just 3-4 minutes walk and a very nice square with restaurants and traditional dancing on our evening.

Simone was great and gave us lots of advice, maps, suggestions, etc. Property was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. Close to train station.
The only thing that could be improved would be if it had AC, but it had fans and windows that could be left open securely so it wasn’t a big deal.
