Oasi di pace in centro città

La struttura della vecchia casa perfettamente ristrutturata che affaccia sul giardino con belle piante offre un'asi di pace in centro città

Affaccio della mia stanza, ma non avendola vissuta che per tornare a dormire, non ha inciso troppo negativamente Buffet colazione: consiglierei di proporre maggior quantità di frutta

Nella meravigliosa corte esterna dove avremmo voluto passare più tempo, c'è un albero che ospita roditori notturni.

Extremely Disappointed by the way we were treated

We were extremely disappointed by the way we were treated at Corta Livia. We reserved for two nights, 2 adults and 1 child, and we discovered at the last day at the check out that we were not allowed to use all the furniture in the room! The receptionist was angry and told us that we were not supposed to use all the beds because we reserved for only three people! We used the mattress of a single bed to put it right next to the child’s single bed because he moves a lot while sleeping and he could fall, it was dangerous for a 5 year old child to use only one single small bed. She said that we could have put some chairs !!! And no one told us that we were not allowed to use all the furniture in the room. She should have said anyway at the check in that we are not allowed to use all the beds it’s not really intuitive to think that we cannot touch one bed ! She said the prices were different if we use all the beds but it’s okay she will not let us pay the difference however she was mad that my husband spoke to me in Arabic ! (we are original Lebanese) actually he was telling me that he can’t understand the logic that supposedly he could have used the third bed if we do separate beds! So she said arabiatto many times and felt offended my husband talked to me in Arabic…I really don’t know how to interpret this I don’t want to jump to conclusions regarding racism against Arab speaking people … Plus, if you want a vacation where you can take your time, better not choose this place where the breakfast ends at 9.30 and check out is at 10.30 (but I mean that’s not the biggest deal because we knew about it) Plus they don’t clean the room after 11.30 am The breakfast is not that great and there are many constructions in the neighborhood so the location is not very convenient.

It was excellent and so good that we are staying again on the 30 June

So beautifully clean. Delightful staff. Azzurra was extremely pleasant and more than helpful; she is lovely and the perfect host.

Wonderful central location and fabulous breakfas

What a beautiful building in the perfect central location. The building has a private enclosed courtyard at the back which is so relaxing to sit in when the sun shines! The lady greeting me on reception was wonderful and so helpful even though I don't speak Italian and she didn't speak English. The fresh breakfast the ladies made was divine...... Latte macchiato, freshly squeezed orange juice, scrambled eggs and crispy bacon was amazing...... Thanks so much

It was difficult to find... I drove in a hire car and the building is not visible from the road so its worth looking closely at directions prior to arriving. Unfortunately due to roadworks I could'nt park in the car park either so had to pay extra for public parking.

A nice option for three people or a family with two kids. Very clean and good value.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice and copious. I enjoyed the ample common area. There is a nice selection of drinks. And the family room that I have stayed in twice is lovely.

Wonderfully Welcoming!

Centrally located with beautiful grounds and very spacious rooms. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff anxious to ensure everything needed was provided. And the gorgeous hardwood floors!

Lovely house with friendly staff and big garden

Really helpful friendly staff. Gorgeous and relaxed location with shared garden and living rooms. Good choice for breakfast- huge filled croissant were serious treats and fruit beautifully presented. Bonus being able to park car and walk into town. Would definitely be first choice if in the area again

Lovely place just a few minutes from the highway. Nice and quiet garden. Very kind host! Rooms are spacious with all you need. Including a nespresso machine. Breakfast in the garden was so joyful.

Excellect b and b in a nice town

Breakfast was fantastic! Really high quality in every way and presented beautifully in the garden. The bed and sheets were comfortable, the bathroom well stocked and there were enough plugs as well as working air conditioner and wifi. It's a cozy garden area and there is also plenty of common space indoors

We ended up with the attic room which had only porthole windows toward the ceiling so it felt like a white box (with a strange poster of Marilyn Monroe) I think if we had one of the rooms with windows, we'd have thought it was perfect.

amazing staff! Precious place!

Hotel is so beautiful. Like a hidden gem in the middle of Forli that opens to a beautiful garden. The staff is amazing, I felt like I was home. Loved my room and how clean it was. I m coming back in May and every other time I need to come to Forli, I will def be there

The place is beautiful, well located and nicely decorated. The staff helped me a lot with my gluten intolerance, found me two delicious fresh gluten free croissants for the breakfast :)

The entrance to the parking is tight, but it is the price to pay for such a quiet secluted garden :)

Just perfect!

What a pleasure to stay at Corte Livia! An excellent, comfortable, cosy R&B in the centre of the beautiful town of Forli. We were very warmly welcomed and no question was too much. Breakfast is served in a beautiful room, with a smile, fresh products ... perfect! We will definitely come back!

The garden was wonderful. So calm and relaxed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall it made our trip to Forli a real pleasure. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying again.
