A bit off the beaten path but an unbeatable combo of space and value

Ten minute walk from center of Passau. We got an entire apartment which was huge. Very clean and well maintained.

Awesome stay at Rivers Passau

Wonderful design apartment, everything sparkling clean, comfortable beds, awesome bathroom with both walk-in shower and tub. Easy access parking nearby, no hassle check-in and super friendly staff. Would definitely come back!

There was a laundry just around the corner. This was convenient after 2 weeks on the river cruise and biking! There was also a grocery store 2 blocks away, easy walking distance for breakfast, drinks and snacks. It also had coffee and fresh pastries. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The room was very nice! We used the fridge and microwave. We loved the heated floor in the bathroom and the towel warmer. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. This room was nicer than the rooms we stayed at the Hilton in Munich and Prague! We ate dinner at an Italian restaurant, 23 Venti tre, that was excellent and only 2 blocks from the hotel.

Really nice expirence

Great location, great parking. late check in instructions were perfect. Spacious and modern. apartment. comfortable beds and clean. You can reach Old town and all the cafés and restaurants by just crossing the bridge in 10 min. And you will enjoy that walk too:).

Possibly the best hotel in Passau

Always when we go to Passau we stay at the same hotel. This time we had a couple of friends visiting and they could come without a problem, of course with the warning that they can't stay overnight which is only natural. The site of the room was great and the bathtub is very cool and the hotel is 5-10 minutes away from the old town (walking distance). I would definitely recommend it.

That you have to pay extra for the parking but there are free spaces nearby. I parked at a family member´s house a couple of minutes away but in any case is only 10 bucks or so.

Very comfortable and spacious, nice bathroom, friendly staff and the hotel is within a 10 minute walk of the old town across the bridge. Parking was easily available on site. We had a beautiful view across to the fortress from our room.

Getting in to the garage was a bit tricky as the card did not work too well.

Perfect place for a 1-2 night stopover

Easy to check in, great parking next door and not expensive. Room was very nice with a balcony. Very quiet and easy walk into town. Great place for 1-2 night stopover.
