Great space in a quiet area

A large space with everything we needed for a short stay. It was lovely and warm on a very wet weekend-perfect! It's nice to have a kettle, coffee machine and microwave. Friendly and helpful owner. We would definitely stay again on a trip to Breda, and use the bicycles next time.

Very good

The place was very cozy and nicely decorated. Close to the center but not right in the center. The host even lent us a bike to get around.

I didn’t realize when booking that there isn’t a kitchen, only a microwave and electric kettle with some plates and silverware. We were planning on cooking in the apartment but weren’t able to.

Staat van onderhoud, dubbelglas raam woonkamer bevatte condens over de hele breedte, kitnaden in douche matig en glasdeur sluit niet.

De locatie was top. Auto kon op het terrein geparkeerd worden, klein kwartiertje wandelen naar het centrum. Eigen ingang,

Te grote meubelen in een te kleine ruimte, bed had dan wel weer een maatje groter gemogen. Stroom is doorgelust met meerdere stekkerdozen waar te veel apparaten op staan (en klapte er dus uit). Het ergste is het vocht. Alle muren zijn vochtig waardoor het binnen heel muf en naar schimmel ruikt. De badkamer is helemaal één grote schimmel verzamelplaats, maar ik begreep dat deze vervangen gaat worden. Maar daarmee worden de problemen met het vocht in het appartement niet opgelost, de muren zouden geïmpregneerd moeten worden.
