Beautifully appointed, thoughtful “homely” gestures, such as a bottle of wine, cheese, bread, crackers, tea, coffee, milk, jams, butter, and honey, robes, slippers, hand soaps, creams, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, all included in the package. It was so peaceful, quiet, comfortable, and welcoming. The courtyard space out the back was a welcome surprise. It was wonderful heritage building that has been tastefully preserved and updated to modern Standards. The bed was luxurious and comfortable. I slept like a teenager. Lawrence and Susan are brilliant hosts. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing get away.

Wonderful historic cottage, just over the road from good pub and restaurant, not far from town with all the facilities you need.
Very little, could do with a bannister on the stairs and the parking area was a bit tight, but no big deal.

The hosts were so lovely! Upon arrival there was a hamper filled with amazing snacks and 'goodies' that went over and above any other places we've stayed. There was a bottle of wine in the fridge with some crackers & camembert cheese. There was even treats for my pup - organic, dehydrated, lamb treats and food/water bowls. Espresso machine - a bonus! I would stay again; in fact, I tried to another time, but these guys book out so quickly, and I can see why. Very accomodating, and their house keeper is extremely thorough and very friendly to boot!

Staying for two nights but it felt like one breakfast. Perhaps some yogurt, fresh fruit
