Location was great - that was why we picked it. Plenty of room - superb views out big windows.
Little notes on everything - walls, windows, appliances, bbq, lights, Detracted from the enjoyment of the otherwise great facilities.

The property is in a perfect location. It is perfectly named Sunrise Waters. The views are spectacular and the sunrises are next level. Being able to walk straight onto the beach and swim made it so relaxing. If you want a nice relaxing holiday with the magnificent views in Port Stephens this is the place to stay.
One bedroom did not have a cupboard or storage to hang clothes or put them out of the way. We stayed in Unit 2 and Unit 1 downstairs was being renovated. It would be less private and you would have to be mindful of being too loud if there was a tenant in the accomodation downstairs.

the beach and property
The people living underneath were awake partying for the work cup from 4am and screaming the whole time. The beds were also pretty hard
